The young gentleman with glasses, whose name I didn't get the chance to learn, was wonderful. He seemed to be working alone when I arrived on Saturday at 1pm, and he did an amazing job getting all the orders out promptly. My coffee tasted great.
I made a large order on the Dunkin app the day before which ended up not going through. I came to pick it up not knowing it didn’t go through but drea and the manager were so helpful in making sure I got everything I needed! they were very fast and attentive even though the store was very busy at this time. Highly recommend!
I come to this location almost everyday during the week and have received nothing but the best customer service here every visit every time! the Dunkin’ Donuts in Indian Trail can definitely take a lesson from this location. They are horrible.
