This location is very close to home, so I got quite often, and let me tell you.... always great energy. Loveliest people, spot on coffee and fresh bagels. Thank you all, i make sure to give them a good tip every time because they're all hard workers.

Need to start placing my mobile order when I’m 20 min away rather than 15 min away….. I get here and typically they haven’t even started on it… or seen that there is an order…. Edit to add while I’m standing here waiting; a customer gets his hot food and coffee that he ordered here in line 15+ min after I mobile ordered…. What the hell is going on here

Everything is automated
, but when I went into the business, I waited at the counter, just watching the employees. All were busy working the drive-through window and preparing the orders. I thought someone would at least great me and ask what I wanted. Then I saw the self-help kiosk, which was fairly easy to work. So I placed my order.
If you just follow the directions, it works. It does take some getting use too but I like interacting with the employees better instead of interacting with a machine. This is what the world is coming to, though. My order was fine, but the people interaction...not so much! I mean, it was Mother's Day! 😆

I always pay with my app and I wish I didn’t. I was handed cold hash browns asked them to remake it … the photos is what I received back. Why? You wouldn’t even eat that so why give it to a paying customer who asked you to do it again and correctly. My “hot” vanilla chai was Lukewarm water and some froth.
While this is the cutest Dunkin I’ve ever seen… this was the absolute worst waste of money and time.

This store seems to be extremely slow every morning they either don't have enough help or they just don't know how to do proper customer service. After sitting for 45 minutes my coffee was not sweet my donuts were old and dry I will start going back to Starbucks simply for time management

Last time I watched employees move this slowly to fill orders I was in the DMV... SLOW SERVICE to the point they were 'trying' to be slow.

Extremely slow drive thru!! ? No movement now for 5 solid minutes now, morning of Friday 11/8. The line is backing up at a standstill. Who is in charge???

I ended up parking and walking inside, only to face another 10 minute wait… Five or six employees running around behind the counter, but not one of them had the good customer service courtesy to say “hi, hello, we see you, thank you for your patience, will be with you in a moment”

When the cashier finally stepped up to address me, she was still talking to a previous customer at the same time. No kindness of courtesy. It seemed to be a free for all, no one in any assigned place, and you could see the drive-through timer was going way over the limit. Drive thru line was still missable since I had stepped inside.

Not trying to be a “Karen” but this was literally the worst Dunkin’ Donuts experience I have ever had unfortunately ?

I’m literally sitting in the drive through on a Saturday at 1130 where I’ve been for 25 minutes because it appear whoever is running the show is incompetent In successfully managing the speed in which food comes out. The slowest drive thru I’ve ever seen in my life.

I came to Dunkin to pick up a quick breakfast and they were packed and although they were extremely busy Mena took the time out to make sure every one picking up an order was taken care of efficiently. She managed to keep a level head and a smile on her face. I appreciate her service! Again thank you so much!

i have been visiting this dunkin for last few months, it's a very calm space to be, today when i checked with team member that i want pumpkin latte, which i never tried, and it was my first try, she was kind enough to give me small sample to taste it, that act really felt kind, she explained me a while how it's mixed actually as i had multiple doubts, Thank you for making it easier for me.

Terrible experience. Ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel on the morning of Sunday, September 29th, no bacon on the sandwich when I get home. Calling the phone number reaches a number that has not been setup. Will never visit this location again.

Promise Sign Notary

My son placed an order simple doughnuts. We watched everyone that ordered after us receive there orders but still not ours. When I said we haven't gotten our order yet instead of acknowledging that a mistake was made with grace the two ladies decide to make side comments while I was watching at them. I guess they aren't old enough to understand how customer service works or people can actually see you when you talk?. When my son went to get his order keep in mind he has special needs he looked at the bag before taking it to make sure it was his. The young lady working the counter tells him it's his then turns her head and rolls her eyes. Excuse him for making sure he didn't take someone else order. What was a simple overlook by these employees turned into unnecessary attitude and all they needed to was say sorry and here is your doughnuts.
