this location gets you in and out because they throw the drinks together in two seconds. signature latte tastes like coffee with a splash or milk and a extra water. customer service shouldn’t even get a star.

I stopped going to Dunkin For a long time this location opened up kind of near my home. I went once and I will say I keep on coming back. The girls in the morning are spectacular the daytime staff when it’s busy is amazing and there’s this really nice African-American guy with a pointy goatee he always make sure to check me out because he knows how much I hate the computer at the front desk and I love him for it. This location is amazing and I hope it can stay staffed like this for a long time to come.

As a barista of 10 years I’m extremely disappointed in the recent automation of all things coffee. Nothing is handcrafted and the staff at this location are inflexible and dishonest. I always take my Americano with a splash of steamed milk. Girl over the speaker told me “we can put cold milk in it but it’s no longer an Americano if we put steamed milk in it.” That makes no sense. So it’s still an Americano with cold milk???? Then a male jumped on to tell me they’re “not allowed”. Just say you push a button to make everything. I’m a professional so your excuses & bad attitude don’t work on me. I’m in town visiting family and this was the closest establishment to get my coffee fix in as I’m boycotting Starbucks. Next time I’ll bring my espresso machine from home.

The employees are always friendly.
Dont be afraid to ask this Dunkin for help with the app... I have asked and they always are helpful and dont give an attitude! They smile !!!! Drinks are always good !!! Bakery is usually fresh !

This Duncan is the only location within a 2 mile radius and it competes directly with Chick-fil-A in the morning. You might want to strongly consider placing a mobile order and place a time because the six men and women that work in there bust their butts to make sure you have what you want. They're always in there with a smile and they always say hello. I love walking up to that location. They are so friendly and so helpful. But just be patient. You have to understand. For example, at 9:00 this morning there were six cars in the drive-thru and nine people inside waiting for orders and there were five men and women total doing everything they could to make sure that you had what you wanted. Give him some love

Today I ordered the coffee cake muffin and the iced pumpkin latte and my God it was a treat of all treats and the Thanksgiving holiday

Ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte, and more than 3/4 of the cup was empty. This used to be my go-to coffee shop since the day they opened at this location, but the coffee levels have been decreasing with each visit. Upon asking about it, the staff claimed the space should be filled with whipped cream (which wasn’t there) and even said the milk had “evaporated,”- cooked up some science terminology. Very rude staff,

This location is very close to home, so I got quite often, and let me tell you.... always great energy. Loveliest people, spot on coffee and fresh bagels. Thank you all, i make sure to give them a good tip every time because they're all hard workers.

Need to start placing my mobile order when I’m 20 min away rather than 15 min away….. I get here and typically they haven’t even started on it… or seen that there is an order…. Edit to add while I’m standing here waiting; a customer gets his hot food and coffee that he ordered here in line 15+ min after I mobile ordered…. What the hell is going on here

Everything is automated
, but when I went into the business, I waited at the counter, just watching the employees. All were busy working the drive-through window and preparing the orders. I thought someone would at least great me and ask what I wanted. Then I saw the self-help kiosk, which was fairly easy to work. So I placed my order.
If you just follow the directions, it works. It does take some getting use too but I like interacting with the employees better instead of interacting with a machine. This is what the world is coming to, though. My order was fine, but the people interaction...not so much! I mean, it was Mother's Day! 😆

I always pay with my app and I wish I didn’t. I was handed cold hash browns asked them to remake it … the photos is what I received back. Why? You wouldn’t even eat that so why give it to a paying customer who asked you to do it again and correctly. My “hot” vanilla chai was Lukewarm water and some froth.
While this is the cutest Dunkin I’ve ever seen… this was the absolute worst waste of money and time.

This store seems to be extremely slow every morning they either don't have enough help or they just don't know how to do proper customer service. After sitting for 45 minutes my coffee was not sweet my donuts were old and dry I will start going back to Starbucks simply for time management
