Took 15 minutes to put 6 donuts in a box, only 5 minutes to pour black coffee and they won the race with 3 minutes to make a fancy drink, that seams backwards? Do the drive through or order online, don’t go in to order unless you have plenty of time.

I have given this location almost ten tries. I will take the extra mile and go to the Harrisburg location. They are not quick and my drink is usually wrong. This last time my drink was all ice!

Every time I come here the wait is practically endless. Even with mobile ordering it takes ages to get through the line and get my coffee, and by the time I do, the ice in my coffee is half melted. For example, there were 4 cars in line and it took 20 minutes. If you want dunkin, just go one more exit and get it in Harrisburg.

3 staff in the morning, walk in.Very poor customer service. The fact that they do not acknowledge you when you come in. They just ignore you make you wait 4 minutes and don't even say will be right with you. Reading previous reviews you would think they would correct the issue.

I waited 20 minutes for a paid order they couldn’t find. Upon further searching, It was ready & sitting there the entire time. When I asked for it to be remade since it was all cold, I was told “call the number” and the employee walked off. I was 1 of about 13 people inside waiting to be helped or spoken to.

Every time I go to this location there is an issue. Today I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line one car was in front of me and no one was inside. I got to window where my pick up order was and waited 14 minutes before I had to flag someone down, just for someone to be rude and my drink to be cold.

Folks made our food and coffee to order fast. Even brewed my wife a fresh pot of decaf. She is gluten intolerant, and they made a bacon egg and cheese gluten-free just as I asked. Def would visit this location again!Dietary restrictions: Made a breadless bacon egg and cheese sandwich for us

I love this place. Mike and his team are top notch. What I like most about this location is the consistency of the drinks, hot food, and the customer service is outstanding. The atmosphere is welcoming and it is always clean. By this time I am part of the Loyalty Club. Great job you all and keep up the great work.
