Dunkin gave me a 3/4 th filled up cold brew bcoz I said I don't want ice due to my soar throat . This coffee costs $5 . Now the employee says corporate wouldn't want them to fill up the cups unless I take ice with it . I used to come here often and now I won't bcoz of this cheap behavior . Filling up the cup would've costed them next to nothing . Anyway no more coffee from Dunkin for me . Starbucks doesn't do this anyway .
I purchased a cinnamon raisin bagel on Monday in the Fort Myers, Paul J Doherty store and it was so stale a hockey puck would have been easy to eat! I went back in to exchange it and left again with a very very stale bagel!! Beyond disappointed that Dunkin would serve such poor quality product!
Today I was at the Ozark, Alabama location and the lovely staff Deshanna helped me. I came in to ask about the six dollar meal that showed up on my app and she explained it to me and walked me through and was super friendly and kind! I had an amazing coffee, my hashbrowns and a sandwich for six dollars plus tax, it was a great experience and I wanted to make sure to share that with everyone :)
They're called Dunkin DONUTS yet by 3 pm they basically have no donuts and don't make more. Go to Krispy Kreme.
What has happened to the Dunkin’ Donuts in Selinsgrove? I placed my order well in advance and it’s never ready and today there’s kids behind the counter, dropping the F bomb, manager yelling.
Very pleased with the service here this morning. I appreciated that there was someone at the register to take my order, than having to order on the kiosk. And the food came really fast and tasted great. Thanks to all your staff for a great experience! It's hard to come by these days.

Ordered sweet tea and ended up with soda mixed with tea for some reason! Terrible employee's that move like they in their 90's. Hashbrowns are disgusting from this place. My food was never served hot here. Stay AWAY!

I order from this Dunkin every day damn near and I Order the same coffee but it’s always made differently or missing something people working this store are rude most the time im not sure how hard it is to put a straw in a bag if some one door dashes a order or how hard it is to add the right flavor or sugar or cream inside of a cup but I keep trying because it’s the closest to my house at the moment

This is literally the worst DK location in Charlotte just close it down at this point. Always empty but your order will take forever and once you finally get the order it’s going to be wrong or missing something. My 90 year old granny moves faster that the lady at the drive thru.

Terrible! I ordered a coffee and the lady that was ordering said back to me exactly what I ordered and then when I went to the window gave me a wrong drink order. I told them politely what I ordered and the lady at the window said “that’s what I said” I said “no I ordered…” she then got her manager and the manager told me “there is a screen out there for a reason, next time pay attention to the screen and this won’t happen.” Then my drink was not good at all. DO NOT COME HERE!!

They are completely overwhelmed and cannot operate this store. They are lost in the orders and need management.

Ordered a hot caramel craze latte for the long drive home and took the first sip to find there was no espresso 😂 paid 6$ for a hot caramel milk with whipped cream. Very disappointed

I lost track of the number of F bombs I was just subjected to in the Newtown, CT location. Please change the music. People bring their children here.
Went to my favorite DD this morning. Green Street Morganton, NC. Encountered a LONG line. Which is rare. Because I had a mobile order I just pulled around and went in. I go there a lot, but when I walked in, I didn't recognize any of the three employees that were working. I explained that I had a mobile order and that I had been in line, but since it was taken a long time, I just come on in. Immediately, the girl at the cash register Became rude. She said we're doing the best we can. We will get to you in a minute. So I waited till she finished with the lady in front of me and from there, she walked away from the cash register went to the drive-through window and proceeded to talk to that car for at least 3 to 4 minutes while I'm waiting just to pick up an order. Her name is Chelsea. She said she was the manager, but I'm not sure of that because I could not believe how rude she became and just intentionally taking her time forever to get me my order. I don't think a good manager would've handled the situation like that. She would not give me the number to contact someone. She said she would call them on her phone. But she would not let me speak to them. So I don't think she called anybody. But took my number for them. Yeah ok. Then she proceeded to tell me that I have been abusive because I told her that I thought she was rude and not very good at her job She told me after i get my order, I need to leave and never come back there. Someone needs to fire Chelsea. She is bad for business. See you tomorrow Starbucks!
I pulled into the [362787] Dunkin’ drive-thru today with one goal — caffeine. I wasn’t expecting red-carpet treatment, but I also didn’t think I’d be cast as the punchline of the morning shift.
The woman on the speaker took my order with all the warmth of a voicemail robot. No “good afternoon,” no “thank you,” just an energy that said, “Let’s get this over with.” When I got to the window, she and another employee shared a look, whispered something, then burst into laughter right before handing me my drink.
Maybe they thought I wouldn’t notice, maybe they didn’t care — either way, it’s not the kind of “America runs on Dunkin’” experience the commercials promise. I came for coffee, not to audition for your inside jokes.
If customer service is optional here, I’ll take my caffeine fix somewhere (@starbucks) it’s still on the menu.
