Was getting one everyday until yesterday. Worker refused to make my drink with less concentrate. Already emailed customer service but haven't heard back. The tropical guava refresher is my fav, but only with the lighter concentrate. If I have to drink it at the regular concentration level, I just won't drink it at all. It's also an option on the app and website, which I told the barista. She still refused to make it because "they get complaints". I'm not going to complain about you making a drink how I like it! šŸ™„

Stopped for a couple of donuts on a Friday evening and waited at least 7 minutes to order. Got an apology for that, ordered and there was one car at the window. 3-5 minutes later it pulled out then I sat for 10 minutes at the window with no acknowledgment! I watched a couple employees laughing and chatting with a few people inside and someone (regular customers or a food delivery driver) gathering some drinks that were already made but no one even came to the window. I was already told they had the donuts so I’m not sure why I couldn’t just pay and be on my way. Terrible experience and I will never go back!

This is without question the slowest breakfast place I have ever gone to. I have now gone here 3 times total, and every time it’s comparable to being trapped. Plan for 20+ minutes to get anything from here (more if going through the drive-through). This is it an exaggeration. The parking lot is extremely small and once you commit to the drive through, you’re stuck. I’m sitting here now in the drive through as I type this and I’m currently at 23 minutes and there’s still two cars in front of me.

If you decide to park, and go inside, it is still extremely slow, AND now you’re blocked in by the people waiting in the drive though line.

Absolutely terrible. I have become a Starbucks customer and I hate that place, but at least I get my coffee in under 20 minutes.

It is a gem! Played at Jeff Adams tennis center and discovered this gem. I loved the service. Amazing staff. They were very patient with my hungry young athlete

This is the worst and the slowest Dunkin I have ever been to. Workers just stand around laughing and talking while there’s literally a line of cars wrapped around the building. Once you get in line there’s no room to get out either so you’re stuck. THE WORST experience. It shouldn’t take 15 minutes to get an iced coffee with 3 cars in front of me. Defeats the purpose of a drive thru.

So today around 7:30 am 10/22/24 I said ā€œhelloā€ twice nicely at the drive thru the employee yelled and said ā€œOne Secondā€ this lady was very rude my husband and I were very shocked how rudely we got approached. Their coffee isn’t the best at this location anyways I just stopped at this one sense it’s the only one in my direction heading to work. So don’t go to this one if you want to get disrespected in the morning.

I come to this location a lot because of how great the service is. I have a Dunkin that is closer to home but id rather make the drive for great service and food. Food and coffee is always good in this location. 10/10!

Probably one of the worst dunkin experiences I've had ever. Ordered 3 donuts and a breakfast sandwich at the drive through. We got the 3 donuts then were told to wait. Then twice were asked by two staff members what we were waiting for. Finally got the breakfast sandwich which was not warm. The donuts also weren't good either. The bsoton creme seemed melted and messy, and the double chocolate had no frosting on them at all / also seemed melty somehow. They were soft but not in a good way somehow. Not sure I'd go back.

Traveling ā€œSeerā€

The girl who took my order was nice and made my iced coffee correct but the girl at the window who took my payment didn’t say one word and was looking at me like I’m an alien. Literally not a word came out here mouth and she was at the window. She didn’t tell me how much my order was or give me a receipt or anything. She had a covid mask on also which is weird in itself these days. She was on the phone also. Girl seek mental help.if you don’t like white people just say that but don’t act deaf,dumb, and blind.

I actually have a Dunkin' close to me but drive to this one because it's cleaner and the staff is consistently friendlier. Yes sometimes it gets busy and the food is not gourmet. But I have had consistently good or at least okay experiences at this Dunkin'! I LOVE their cold brew and my mobile orders are for the most part good every time I go.

Horrible customer service! I ordered 3 drinks this morning and tasted nothing like they were supposed to, went back to see if I could get them fixed/replaced and instead they were rude even though I brought them back fully they still had the audacity to tell me I just wanted free coffee even with proof of purchase. Nothing is free which is why if you’re paying for something you want it done right. They weren’t understanding at all and other customers heard and saw how they spoke to me! I kept calm and stayed kind to them and still thanked them for helping me even tho they didn’t do much. South Blvd location has never treated me like this.

It doesn’t matter what time of the day it is, this place is SLOW! Twice, I’d order at least 10 mins ahead of time. It be like 2 people in line and I still have to wait. Sometimes it be like 3 workers and 15 customers
