I don’t understand how this place is still running I came here today February 19 ,2026 , literally 4 people are on the floor it is 6 people waiting in line to place a order they focus more on drive thru not guest in line and NOT A SINGLE PERSON TO SAY GOOD MORNING WE WILL BE WITH YOU. Black African older woman with dreads short and gray shirt suppose to be and charge she is no good. Please close this location soon and very soon like ASAP

I just moved nearby and have been to this location 3 times and each time my order was wrong/missing something. And each time the person in the drive thru was rude. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but I won’t be returning to this location.

Dunkin gave me a 3/4 th filled up cold brew bcoz I said I don't want ice due to my soar throat . This coffee costs $5 . Now the employee says corporate wouldn't want them to fill up the cups unless I take ice with it . I used to come here often and now I won't bcoz of this cheap behavior . Filling up the cup would've costed them next to nothing . Anyway no more coffee from Dunkin for me . Starbucks doesn't do this anyway .

I purchased a cinnamon raisin bagel on Monday in the Fort Myers, Paul J Doherty store and it was so stale a hockey puck would have been easy to eat! I went back in to exchange it and left again with a very very stale bagel!! Beyond disappointed that Dunkin would serve such poor quality product!

They told me no espresso drinks, then acted irritated that I wanted a hot coffee, and gave me a literally cold coffee in a cup. Not warm — cold.

Today I was at the Ozark, Alabama location and the lovely staff Deshanna helped me.
I came in to ask about the six dollar meal that showed up on my app and she explained it to me and walked me through and was super friendly and kind!
I had an amazing coffee, my hashbrowns and a sandwich for six dollars plus tax, it was a great experience and I wanted to make sure to share that with everyone :)

The line to the drive thru took at least 20 minutes. Then once I paid for my drinks at the drive thru, the cashier proceeded to take another order and made me wait another 2 minutes. He then realized that he never handed me my drinks and they were right in front of him. Finally got to work and the drink tasted nothing like the SF Vanilla syrup. It tasted like hazelnut, which I don't care for. This location has gone downhill these past few months..

$9 for 6 glazed donuts. Inflation is a drag. Even worse, lady would not refill my personal coffee tumbler because it “has to be clean.” So much for trying to be environmental stewards. Disappointed .
First time coming to this Dunkin and what a disappointment! Ordered a half a dozen and the donuts were just nasty. It seems like they had these donuts for days. When I came in it seemed like they I was bothering them. I don’t recommend it!

Very pleased with the service here this morning. I appreciated that there was someone at the register to take my order, than having to order on the kiosk. And the food came really fast and tasted great. Thanks to all your staff for a great experience! It's hard to come by these days.

Ordered sweet tea and ended up with soda mixed with tea for some reason! Terrible employee's that move like they in their 90's. Hashbrowns are disgusting from this place. My food was never served hot here. Stay AWAY!
