I have consistently gone to this location since it opened. 10-15x a month. It has gotten so bad. The wait for an order is usually 10-20 minutes. They do not have enough staff for the volume. When you do get your order, it is half assed. Always missing something you ordered, coffee is watery without flavor, just a huge disappointment. Today is the last day this location gets any of my hard earned money. The owner should really care more about their business.

I went about a month ago and didn’t have time to leave a review because I had to rush to school— I had to stand there for 15 to 20 minutes for a sandwich. I was the only person in there bro 😭
When they gave it to me, I only noticed by the time I left that it was not at all what I ordered and had a bunch of hair in it. Like, I’m talking 4 strands. Literally how does that even happen
The baristas kept arguing, it was weird.

Today 10/6/25 i placed a mobile order to get my matcha. I came in and stood behind another lady waiting for mobile. Some Caucasian lady came in and asked were we waiting on mobile. I told her yes. She stuck her neck behind the counter to look at the screen and asked the girl working for her order. The girl gave her her drink. Then went to get her food. So she served this lady after she skipped 2 people and didn’t make her wait in line. The audacity and entitlement is insane. Not sure why she wasn’t told she had to wait.
Not to mention the load of ice in my drink. 2 sips and it’s gone!!

Slow workers. Went inside and ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 wraps. 20 minutes later I have to go up to counter to ask about my food. They made 2 wraps and still waiting on my sandwiches. I saw no cars in the drive through. One employee was walking around munching on food. Another was mopping the floor. What’s happening??? There is only 3 small tables so don’t come here with a date, friends, of business meeting, you will not have a place to sit. The tables were dirty with spilled coffee. And trash outside was leaking coffee also. After I got my food 25 minutes after ordering, the food was ok. But don’t come here expecting fast food. Will be faster to go get coffee at a sit down restaurant.

While currently standing in the lobby being ignored, AFTER PAYING it is taking more than 20 minutes to get three donuts out of a case and hand them to me. The lobby is full and extremely hot because there is no ac. This is so frustrating because not only was I ignored after ordering I was forced to use a kiosk which made everything that much longer. Horrible customer service, horrible quality, and horrible restaurant environment. This location should be looked at by management!

This place is an absolute zoo. Tickets everywhere, staff can't handle morning volume to save their lives. When you have to wait 20+minutes for a plain coffee something is seriously wrong.
Years of this place getting orders wrong and just an all around mess. Guess I'm stuck going to Starbucks instead. I've given this place so many chances.

We stopped in at this location hoping to grab a fresh bagel and muffin to kickstart our morning. What I got instead felt like a time-travel experience — unfortunately, to last weeks bakery. The bagel was so tough I’m convinced it moonlights as a hockey puck, and the muffin crumbled like it was emotionally unprepared for life outside the display case.
Honestly, I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to eat the bagel or chisel my name into it. And the muffin? It was as dry as a rice cake.
You shouldn't be serving museum artifact to the public. I’m not asking for gourmet, just something less… fossilized.
