It seems like every time I think getting food here is going alright, the very next moment they make the same mistake again. I don’t know if it’s because they’re up early for work or what, but I just can’t understand how someone can repeat almost three times that they want ONLY egg and cheese on a croissant, yet they still manage to add sausage. And mind you, I was sitting at the drive-thru window for about ten minutes before they handed me the wrong order, and almost forgot my donut too.

I really enjoy this Dunkin location! The employees are nice and my drink is 90% always tasting good. Sometimes they forget something on my matcha latte, but I understand things happen. My only critique is that the drive-thru microphone can feel a little unprofessional at times since you can hear their side conversations with coworkers. Other than that, the store is clean, the service is good, and I’ll keep coming back!

A lady stood in line to bring her coffee back. I'm guessing the manager black guy with glasses stood at the register and ignored her so she left. As soon as she walks out he asks me if I need help. I'll never come back to this location I just got off work and need my rush or I would of left also. People pay for what they want.

Place is definitely a hit or miss. They have new employees and everyone does everything differently. One day your coffee is strong the next it tastes like water. You can try a frozen and it's runny. I only go here due to convenience but this place has definitely been ran down.

Went for their loaded hash browns and guess I just paid for the container mostly lol. I ordered it on the app and got there maybe 10minutes later. I asked how long and I guess she took great offense to that and decided to give me the bare minimum.

Comparing it to other dunkins in the area, this one is one of the worse. Slower and drinks not made as well. More an issue here than other dunkins in area

Up until about a week ago this was my favorite Dunkin to go to. The whole atmosphere in this place has changed. I would frequent this Dunkin about 4x daily and spend close to 20$ a day. Lately the coffee has been trash weak watery and just disgusting. I literally had to get a cold brew coffee this morning and I was the 1st customer at 443am because the iced coffee looked and tasted like water. I'll be finding another Dunkin to go to and take my funds. All the old employees look sad now and ready to go. I use to love walking in here now not so much.
The 1star is because the young lady at the window was really nice and polite on July 11th.... Ive been going to Dunkin every morning for the past 12 years decided to try this location since I moved to this side of town. For starters they don't add the amount of sugar and creamer that you ask for and now they charge for extra cream and sugar my order was 9.30 I got to the window she said my total was 12.40 because of extra cream and sugar....nope... I politely declined and proceeded to Kings drive location which is always the best never any complaints and no extra charges....save your money go to Kings drive

I will never come back to this Dunkin’. I only ordered the $5 Meal Deal. On top of the food and coffee being TRASH, I had the nastiest and most disrespectful GIRL at the drive thru window. Didn't say anything when I got to drive thru, responded with “What?” Everytime when she couldn’t hear what I was saying, Only gave me half of my order and walked off. Tried to get her attention for the rest of my order, she yelled something rude and directed me to the MOD who didn’t know anything about my order. Will never go back!
