I keep wanting this location to work for me because it’s on my way to work. But they have now struck out 3 times. Every time I have gone here, something in my order is wrong. It seems like they change staff almost daily. They could use some dedicated people here and revamp their customer service training. Maybe take some notes from the Dunkin up the street at Riverbend. I can’t keep wasting money here. There’s a reason no one is ever in line!

In a tight competitive industry with plenty of surrounding Starbucks locations. You would think that you guys would step up your game. I chose you guys for convenience. But if I can’t even get a hot coffee. Halfway filled up to the cup. We have an issue.

I waited in line for About 10 min just for my order not to be correct when I came inside to try to correct the manager snapped at me whoever owns this location definitely needs to replace the management cause her and her momma is so rude do not come here it’s not worth the stress
Worst Dunkin in charlotte and the sad part is its new do not come here your better off going to the one on mount holly right down the street the managers are so mean and rude not only are they rude to the customers there rude to the employees as well definitely needs to change management asap or they will run this store right into the ground terrible customer service it’s like they like arguing with customers!!!!!!!! Who argues over donuts and coffee
