I went a few weeks ago to this Dunkin, it was later in the day but the man working that evening was very kind! They were out of protein milk but I understood since 1. It’s a new location and 2. Popular item. I ended up getting a coffee with almond milk instead and it was made well! The layout of the Dunkin is very nice too with plenty of seating. Ive also gone in the morning and I did have to wait a bit more at that time but it was more busy. Again drink I got was made well with the morning as well :) as long as it’s good coffee I’m happy! Unsure about the food since I don’t order food often at Dunkin but the simple coffee drinks here are good if you need a quick hot or iced coffee with not too many additions.

The staff at this new Dunkin’ location does not seem equipped to handle even a small influx of drive-thru customers (some don't even speak when I pull up to the window) Since opening, I’ve repeatedly waited 25+ minutes for mobile orders. By the time I reach the window, the drinks often need to be remade because they’ve become watered down during the long wait.
That said, Chris truly makes a difference. He consistently has an upbeat attitude, a welcoming smile, and provides excellent customer service. He listens, takes ownership, and makes sure things are made right when service falls short. Honestly, I don’t think this new location would run nearly as smoothly without him.

I will NEVER go back to this location ever again, my croissant was severely burned on my breakfast sandwich, my coffee wasnt made the way I ordered it and the cashier in the dining room was extremely rude, then when I asked for the manager, young black male named Rodney refused to remake my coffee or sandwich he also refused to refund my money after I had paid over $15 bucks for a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant & a large iced caramel Macciato that had mocha not caramel it also didn't have the whole milk I ordered as well, Rodney not only didn't try to remedy the situation professionally but he was belligerent & threatening to a degree that I almost contacted law enforcement on him, the experience at this Dunkin Donuts location was by far the worst experience I've ever had at ANY Dunkin location and I would tell anyone I knew to never step foot in that location for any reason!!

12/19/25 I hope I have the right Dunkin... I'm referring to the newly opened one off of W WT Harris Blvd across from the Dollar Tree and beside KFC. I visited the drive thru last night on 12/18/25, AND I RECEIVED OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A LADY WHO CALLS HERSELF KK!! I mean excellent customer service and I will definitely be going back. THANK YOU KK!!

This morning, while I was at Dunkin' to grab my morning coffee, I witnessed a rather unsettling interaction. A customer politely approached the manager to provide feedback about her experience. The manager, who introduced himself as the general manager, Kendall Goodman, responded in a manner that was startlingly unprofessional. Instead of listening to the customer's feedback, he yelled at her in a very obnoxious tone. His response was both unexpected and inappropriate, leaving a negative impression on all who witnessed it. Professionalism is a crucial part of customer service, and the manager's behavior was a clear deviation from that standard. As a result, I've decided that I will not be returning to this coffee shop.
