fell in love with this place from the 1st taste. i had a brother come into town and he asked me to go back here.
THIS PLACE IS GONE FROM BAD TO WORSE WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. Staff at this location are always very rude. ?They always makes mistakes with the customer orders and roll eyes if you ask them to make it right. Management should fire all of ‘em and appoint new staff. I don’t mind paying extra and walking to Caribou’s for better service.

Pretty bad service very rude as well , not going back again
It's not that great. The service is extremely slow. Had an online order and STILL had to wait an extra 10 minutes to get it 👎 Dunkin Donuts isn't bad, but this particular one is. They need to hire at least one more person for in the mornings

The lady that was making the sandwiches held a pair of keys and handed it to another employee for the register. She DID NOT change her gloves and with that same hand, she transferred the egg to my sandwich. When she handed me my sandwich, I told her politely in a low voice that I did not think it was right to use the same glove handling keys and touching food. She yelled “UGH†and turned around and continued to make more sandwiches. I was really shocked with the assumption that she was going to change her glove and remake mine. Instead, she continued to make sandwiches with that dirty glove. When I requested the manager, it turned out to be the elder lady who she originally handed the keys to. I wouldn't have ever been able to distinguish her as the manager as I have seen her at this location for over 2 years and she is always rude and cursing in the back.
