This store was out of large iced cups, and did not tell me after my card was charged. The cup they offered me instead was smaller than the size I was charged. When I told them that I didn't want less than I paid for, they told me it was the same amount. I frequent this location almost daily, and had my reusable cup handy. "The Charlotte Observer reports Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins have filed a federal lawsuit to close two jointly operated stores in town. The companies accuse local franchisee Yugdharini LLC of failing to address issues including mold, bad hygiene practices and improperly stored food, according to the report. Those stores are on North Tryon Street, at the intersection of Old Concord Road in north Charlotte, and on Albemarle Road near East W.T. Harris Boulevard.
