The workers don’t do their jobs?? they literally just sit there and my hot chocolate taste like water. their food is bad and so is their service. don’t go here america does NOTTT run on this dunkin

The young lady who was taking drive-thru orders probably should have been prepping instead of working the window. I remember when I used to work at a fast food place (decades ago lol) they only allowed certain individuals to work the window based on their personality and if we were having a bad day we can request to not be at the window just so we didn't project that energy on to the customers. She wasn't necessarily rude but she wasn't welcoming either like at all lol. She sounded very bothered and when we approached the window we could see two other people working who appeared to be in leadership roles who were much older than the young lady and I instantly thought about the difference in generations. Boomers sometimes are considered as too direct and too stern in the workplace (of course not all) so then I instantly gave her grace lol. Either way I think it's the leadership's responsibility to know who to place at the window and when to address a worker who isn't providing the proper customer service experience.

They didn't have any donuts. We waited for 50 minutes inside for 3 coffees, an order of hash browns, and a muffin. The muffin was dry and fell apart and the hash browns had an awful bitter aftertaste. The coffees were just okay.

Just very poor customer service. Walked in and stood at counter for several minutes before any of the 3+ employees acknowledged me. Someone finally asked "have you been helped," and I said "no" and he then turned back to making the pitcher of tea. Another worked looked at me but did not offer any information about when I would be served. Finally the third employee meandered over to take my order, and spoke in a low whisper as if we were in a movie theater. She had to double her volume for me to understand her. She then took my order. (Not offering me the receipt -- I had to literally take this myself.) There were only 2 customers in the store. When the food was made, they simply put it on a shelf, and did nothing to let me know it was ready. I sat for 5-10 minutes before finally inquiring about the status of the order, at which time the same low-talker pointed to a distant wall and said my food was over there, pointing with her finger to a vague location and failing to offer any other assistance. Not sure what's wrong here... but had to share. Customer service lacking by all workers... :(

Sunkies Point

Gave this place a couple opportunities. Purposely showing up after 7 o’clock when they close at eight. They “do not make food after seven“. Literally out of every item. As a matter fact, she gave me a list of items that they do have. It is 7:18 PM.

I hadn't been to Dunkin donuts in years, but recently stopped by and purchased 2 dozen donuts (mix selection). The donuts did not taste like they use to. They were soggy, the icing was thin & kinda runny. The overall taste was not good. One of the things I use to like about Dunkin donuts was the cake texture, almost like it was slightly fried .. and the icing was thick. I was very disappointed. And they were expensive.

Just went through the drive-thru… worst experience. The employees are rude. They rush you through the drive-thru and sigh and act so inconvenienced the entire time, then they tell you that they’re out of EVERYTHING because they don’t want to make anything. This is why Starbucks will always be superior.

Here, the donuts made by this store are not donuts, they are just sugar lumps. Knowing that sugar is bad for you, why do they put so much sugar in them? I ordered 24 and they were so sweet that I only ate 4 and threw them all away. I had a good meal at the dunkin donut shop in Atlanta, but I will never buy from this store again. Boston cream, vanilla cream, apple, jelly. These are not donuts, they are sugar lumps. The Boston cream bread is undercooked and the chocolate is so thin it runs... This is the worst donut shop I have ever been to.

They told me it might be awhile been waiting still up front for over 15 minutes as I’m writing this review and still nobody has taken my order. One employee is sitting down on his computer and acts like he doesn’t care at all If you have to let your customers wait up front for over 15 minutes before you can take their order don’t even open the doors. SMH!!!!
