Went there yesterday morning around 9am. Ordered a half and half tea and a caramel latte. Waited a half an hour. The girl working sounded like a robot and kept repeating “we are very busy” but yet people were ordering after us and got the stuff before we even got ours. Worst dunkin I ever been to and I love dunkin. Not going to this location anymore. Don’t waste your time, workers have nasty attitudes and can’t get any orders right. I had to tell her what we ordered cause she wasn’t even looking at the recipes as people were ordering.

Ordered a cookie butter cold brew and two donuts. They didn’t give me the correct donuts. I ordered less ice, drink was filled with ice. I took a sip, the drink was super, super bitter. I looked at the cold foam (hardly any of it) and it looked greasy/oil and almost rancid looking. Once I got home, I dumped it out. I’ve ordered this drink at the rocky river dunkin several times and love it. This place never gets my order correct and the workers have really bad attitudes.

I like Dunkin’ but some locations like this one make me hate the whole franchise. Slow, attitude, never ever get the order right, dirty, etc etc. I hope they improve so bad because I live nearby and it’s convenient.

Be prepared to be in line for ever!!! Not sure what happened but this dunkin has gotten very slow. You can literally take a nap in line. LOVE THE DUNKIN QUEEN

Went to the Baskin/Dunkin combo. The restaurant was dirty. The floor was dirty, literally every table was dirty. There was at least 3 people working and 2 customers. One on the ice cream side and one on the dunking site and another in the back. No one ever cane out to check the eating area. The ice cream was lacking. Some tubs were totally empty, others looked like they had thawed and refrozen over with ice crystals all over them. None were labeled. Labels were lying on top of the freezer case. The guy that took our order had no personality, barely opened his mouth to talk. I would not go ever go there again!!

The management there are horrible & rude (the morning ppl) it's 10am there's no way thise ppl should be that rude. I will not be coming bk here and I'm going to tell my neighbors and church family DO NOT COME HERE.
I asked for 3 chocolate and 3 strawberries donuts and they gave me whatever they wanted and when i tried to get them right they said i had to get another 6 really disappointed

Scam of a business with horrible customer service! Ordered a birthday cake for a loved one and they never completed the order! Drove to pick it up and they treated me like garbage and never completed the refund or offered a quality solution to fix the issue! Do not go to this location!
