The gentleman at the Drive Thru
was courteous, attentive & helpful. My review is about the food. If you’re not meant to do Bagels, Don’t Sell Bagels as the half dozen I ordered would send me to the dentist as they are hard as a Rock.

I love Dunkin Donuts and I feel you have room to improve and make this location better for Charlotte East.

The young lady who was taking drive-thru orders probably should have been prepping instead of working the window. I remember when I used to work at a fast food place (decades ago lol) they only allowed certain individuals to work the window based on their personality and if we were having a bad day we can request to not be at the window just so we didn't project that energy on to the customers. She wasn't necessarily rude but she wasn't welcoming either like at...

Looks like They remodeled on the inside. New workers is never busy and it's close. Only thing is they don't have the walnuts in the Syrup anymore. That was my favorite but other than that nice place.
