I waited at the checkout as he was packaging other orders. He made my drink very bad and him and his co worker kept of laughing infornt of me when i got my new drink since he got my first drink wrong!!!!! He had airpods in and couln't even hear me and was very rude. Hes darkskin glasses and average height. Hes lucky i didn't say anything because i didn't want him to spit in my drink. This is unaccecptable and if you don't want to work then dont come with a bad attitude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Placing an order for a specific time should have everything in it by the time of pick up. Called 5 hours in advance and by the time we were scheduled to pick up they said they were closed 10 minutes before they’re actually scheduled to. Worker was very rude to us.

While I do try to stay clear of fast food. Sometimes we have no choice. But this location looks outdated, and the food tasted stale and the hot chocolate didn't taste right. Worst Dunkin food I've ever had. Not sure if it was a bad day or week, but I'd never return.

10 out of 10 service Mrs Aaliyah was very amazing at the front counter The manager on duty or supervisor on duty exquisite behavior I definitely will be bringing my daughter's back we got the mango refreshers two of them and we got the kokomoco iced coffee two of those and last but not least we got a raspberry watermelon refresher with green tea amazing Thank you so much everyone!
