Terrible customer service. I walked in & waited in line and when I was next, the girl just stood there staring at me. No smile, no good morning, not even a simple next customer. The only time she spoke was to tell me my change amount. That’s it. Also, by the time I was walking out I seen a roach waving hi to everyone as they walked out. Won’t be returning.

Ordered 3 dozen donuts for our kids birthday on JANUARY 18TH and got home to realize they were Christmas donuts? Yes, the wreaths, Christmas trees, and snowflakes went really well with his DINOSAUR themed birthday. Didn’t think we’d have to specify that we wanted NON Christmas donuts on January 18th, but here we are.

Been coming to this location for years and within the last year the service and food have been terrible! Today specifically, I order (very simple) bagel with butter and hash browns… it took them forever to start making the food, the employee was more concerned about their side conversation. The bagel is buttered on one side only (this happens all the time!) so it becomes dry and I have to throw it away. There is no personality, no customer service, it’s almost like the customers are bothering them. It would be nice to start seeing some sort of management in there to maybe give anyone some sort of “drive” in that place. Guess I’ll give it another year to go back and see if anything has changed.

Lackluster performance on a Sunday morning took me 10 minutes to get a medium coffee… all the workers were slow and other orders got served before mine even though they were placed after… never coming back again

Yikes.. don't ask for any customizations on a drink unless you'd like your head ripped off by the employees. You would have thought I was asking for the most complex thing. The young ladies working at 8:30 am the day after Thanksgiving clearly need a break or reconsider their customer service jobs. Luckily I was visiting from out of town and I will be happy to continue going to my Greensboro DD where they are lovely to me and don't bat an eye when I ask for my vanilla iced latte with extra ice in a large cup.

This really isn’t a bad location but why are they out of everything, like wym there’s no espresso for a latte at 1pm? or idk but nice employees/service just very bad inventory. And why are there only 2 employees? I feel bad for the employees, they’re trying to balance out the in store purchases and mobile orders.

Put in a mobile order, get there 3min later. App says the have lemonade but they dont and the food is already cold and we substituted a bagel for a crossaint which did t happen. One of the worst Dunkin's I've gone to.

workers are incompetent and rude.
last time i came in the two workers argued over who was going to make my ONE drink. 5 mins later they realize neither one of them was making it. they were both standing around.

this time i had a mobile order, waited at the pickup counter for 5 minutes, not one of the 4 employees (standing around doing nothing) would even look at me even when i tried to raise my hand and say excuse me. they were taking new orders at the register so i got in line and asked for my order. the cashier just POINTED at the pickup area. still had to wait an additional 10 minutes because they couldn’t find the receipt for my order. ridiculous and stupid.

I don’t know why I visited this place more than twice even after a bad experience. Staff was so rude and doesn’t communicate well at all. These days Dunkin staff needs lot of improvement since multiple stores has the same issue and almost everytime they say they don’t have most of the flavors after taking the orders and I feel like they won’t listen to your orders properly and mix up with flavors wrong

There’s nothing like spending money on coffee for it to be all wrong! The past few visits I’ve done mobile ordering and my coffee order hasn’t been correct. Hate spending money on something that wasn’t worth it. Hope they can get it together.
