Saed (if that's the correct spelling) needs better training in handling his employees and understanding how to apply the military or law enforcement discount, as stated on the Dunkin' website. I am a military veteran frequently visit Dunkin', and this experience was very disappointing. Another employee, who seemed to be new or still in training, was being critiqued by Saed on the spot. He seemed impatient with the younger employee who was willing to learn and remained respectful, even though Saed was being rude to him. This made it feel like Saed was stepping on the employee's toes.
Saed then proceeded to make the drink himself instead of letting the younger employee do it, which I found odd and concerning. I worried that my drink might not be prepared correctly because of the way I asked for it to be made. If an employee isn't ready to handle the window, they shouldn't be serving. I won’t be purchasing anything from this location again.

Ordered ahead through the app, and even though sometimes the donut flavors that we ordered were not available, they didn't have a problem telling the available options to complete the order.

Really horrible customer service skills, you’ll literally be waiting for 10 minutes while they take everybody at the drive-through and all of the Uber orders and all of the other orders before they actually acknowledge a person inside the store. Won’t be coming back, really ghetto.
Also, do not just leave a Google review, go to their website and leave the store a corporate review so corporate can deal with them appropriately. Go reviews and yelp reviews that are one star are actually honest and what you should expect.

One of the dirtiest donut shops I've ever encountered. The Manager had food stains in his shirt. The place and employees are a reflection of him and they look like they all belong to the same sad group. This is my first negative review but it was truly sad.
Shout to the staff I'm visiting for the holiday's I appreciate their help this morning.

Worst experience. Worker missed the meal in drive through and when I went inside to tell her she missed 1 meal she asked me to bring all the bags from car. Went I gave her the bags she was telling her colleague its been 3 mins he might have ate it. Totally stupid. Never coming back again. Also very slow service even for 2-3 cars in the queue.
