Itās amazing how rude and disrespectful the staff is here at this location, iv been to many locations but this one is the only place iv had bad service at. I ordered a simple hot coffee and they gave me a ice coffee, after confronting the woman in front of the counter she gave me an attitude and told me that I ordered a ice coffee and that I was wrong even after showing her the receipt but she still tried to deny it and refused to make me a regular coffee. I just decided to leave the drink there and walked out

This location could really use some work. Customer service is absent. The lady working the front counter has quite the attitude problem. First asking for the code to the restroom was met with a sigh and an angry walk towards me to open it. Turns out the restroom was busy and she still yanks on the door handle with the gentleman inside saying someone was in there. Then - we wait quite a while for our order. It comes out, and itās not correct and when we say it was supposed to be hot - same smug attitude. What a shame.

I love how I come to this Dunkin' location to get the new Sabrina Carpenter refresher drink mixed berry. I asked for it twice the first time the woman on the head set was coughing and talking to someone else even tho she asked me for what I want. Then I pull up to the window and she was trying to rush me out Iām like girl Iām the only car here š and she still got my order wrong. I just asked for a drink. I have worked in the fast food industry before itās not that hard to make a drink. I also repeated my order as well.

ā ļø Health Warning ā Check Your Beverages!
Hey everyone, just a heads-up: I had a very serious and unsanitary experience at Dunkinā at 9033 S Tryon St, Charlotte, NC 28273.
Yesterday morning, I purchased my usual large coffee with vanilla bean and cream, extra vanilla bean. When I got to work and took a sip, I noticed clumps literally in my mouth hojng fien my throatš©š¤¢. I opened the lid and it looked curdled, like vomit, with what appeared to be particles. Thereās no way whoever put the lid on my cup of cofee thought this was okay to serveš¤¬.
When I went back to the store, one employee seemed concerned, but another showed no interest, and the manager/assistant gave no clear explanation. Iāve contacted Dunkinā corporate and also reported this to the Mecklenburg County Health Department.
Please check your drinks carefully if you visit this location or anyehere, I want everyone to stay safe. THIS IS NOT OK!!!!!! š”š”š”š”
