This location is very good. Friendly service and they're pretty quick. I typically order On The Go on their app and my drink is always there when I arrive. It's walk-in only, but there's plenty of parking since it's in a plaza, yet away from the Harris Teeter.

Guys, the Dunkin team works really hard. They come in at 5 AM every morning to get your coffee ready and your donuts and your food. These people don’t stand still they are really hard-working people. Don’t forget to tip.!!!

This location has been my go to for years but it’s gone incredibly downhill. Constantly missing items, getting the wrong order, one time recently when I ordered a refresher they gave me a cup of just green tea… the list goes on and on. I don’t often write negative reviews, but I haven’t had a solid experience here in a while. I miss the staff they had before their current group. They always had it right, and on time. Why bother ordering ahead on the app 20min prior when I walk in and it’s nowhere near ready?

Don't expect to enjoy cheerful service during 2-3pm at the Colony Road & Rea Road Location! Two days in a row experienced exhaggerated delays getting someone to greet me and take my order. There was an employee who deliberately ignored me 2 days in a row. He-she felt it was an inconvenience to step away from the toaster while making food for their personal break while on the clock. Then when they approached and rang up the order it was 3 times what I normally pay, copped an instant additude and got huffy...eyeroll and all when I suggested they get help from a manager. So this person feels it's okay to be paid by DD to make their own food and give a paying customer the brush off... Really?

I’m not from here so it’s nice to get good service I didn’t happen to get the girls name who also helped us but she was also Beverly helpful in letting me know e what was in the food I was ordering witch is very important to me to know what is in my food clean store and bathroom also. I wish they were like that in my home city

I’ve been a loyal Dunkin customer for forever, but this location is my favorite by far!
Ordered several things online then got a warm braided apple pie when i got there because it looked so good! The food and drinks were 10/10 and this location is very clean with a cute little terrace :) I'll definitely be back~

Service is fine but the problem is the food safety. Rating is bad a 94 and I saw the guy making my food. He served me before and was really nice and gave me an extra doughnut because they were out of what I wanted. But this time it was different. He has curly black hair and seems to be quite young so he probably has a lot to learn, but He put his hands on the wall to lean back, and then used the same glove to touch the food products to make my order. Imagine what we don’t see

Once again I try to give this establishment the benefit of the doubt, but they constantly get worse. On the phone texting - sitting on the counters - oh, and they can make an iced drink at all. This place is awful. Sorry , but I'm absolutely done with this one. If the owner should happen to read this, you may want to consider all new staff and better training. Cant give negative star reviews, but this place is about a negative 3.
