This is the first DD that I’ve been in that was a pleasant experience. The cashier was very friendly and our drinks came out quickly despite it being very busy. The employees seemed liked they actually wanted to be there which is almost never the case any time I’ve been in a DD. Great job to the management and staff.

I’ve had an awesome experience every time. I usually go here early in the morning. The employees are awesome here

Service was terrible today. I waited 10 mins for my drink to be made while the new guy walked around with my cup in his hand while the manager was in the back on the phone. Just to get it back and it was all milk. I'm going to check out hilltop across the street tomorrow because I'm getting sick of spending $6 a day for hit or miss coffee and long wait times when nobody is even in the store.

The employees are very rude and every time their one or the other machine is not working and they don’t even apologize for that. Instead they say to cancel your order and get a refund. Worst Dunkin in charlotte.

They tend to ignore the changes I make to my drink each time. Fortunately, I don’t have any severe allergies, but it’s important to be mindful of this, as it can be serious for someone else.

I tried the egg and cheese croissant, but unfortunately, it was over-roasted and the taste was not pleasant. The croissant felt too heavy and lacked the expected flakiness. I also had the English muffin, which was decent not exceptional, but acceptable. Overall, the experience was underwhelming.

Went for ice cream at the Baskin Robiins located in the facility. Not many good options. They were even low on their waffle cones.
The server was nice and did the best he could with what he had to work with.

You all changed you app for my phone and now I can't use my app with the points I earned. I will lose over 1300 points I earned. When I tried to reset it the phone number is incorrect because you all preset the area code and exchange number which is wrong. Fix your app! I'm going to Starbucks!

The woman at the register was very nice, the place was pretty clean with lots of sunlight, and the service was fast. Most of the order came out good but the “whoopie pie” donut almost tasted stale, and the hash brown brisket scramble was all hash brown, barely any brisket or scrambled eggs. 4/5 overall
