You all changed you app for my phone and now I can't use my app with the points I earned. I will lose over 1300 points I earned. When I tried to reset it the phone number is incorrect because you all preset the area code and exchange number which is wrong. Fix your app! I'm going to Starbucks!

The woman at the register was very nice, the place was pretty clean with lots of sunlight, and the service was fast. Most of the order came out good but the “whoopie pie” donut almost tasted stale, and the hash brown brisket scramble was all hash brown, barely any brisket or scrambled eggs. 4/5 overall

I love this Dunkin' location. I consistently order the same thing on weekends before work in the morning, and I am always welcomed with respect. Thank you for always providing excellent customer service!

This location is inconsistent. Some days they're fast and accurate, other days like today you wait 25 min for a drink and a wrap with just bacon and cheese when you asked for just bacon and egg.
Came back to change to one star. Ordered a drink and was told they were out of all the ingredients to make it. I understand but the manager was extremely rude about it and didn't even give me the drink we agreed upon after the fact. Waste of money.
I tried so hard not to leave a wonky review because I’ve been to this location for yearrrrs! The new manager is just all over the place and trying so hard that’s it’s just hindering the entire experience. I went there two times this morning to get a coffee and it was packed. After my order was made incorrectly I asked for a refund. Instead of giving me my money and just letting the situation go she insisted on explaining why the coffee wasn’t right and why it was so crowded. It was just too much for a Friday morning. When I informed her I didn’t want my coffee remade she said “well get back in line to get yo refund then.” Keep in mind by now I had already been I. Here for 20 mins. I decided to leave and come back at lunch to get the refund. In all actuality, If she had not been there, I would’ve just asked them to remake the coffee but since she was I asked for refund and she proceeded as if the issue from this morning still persisted. Lady, just give me my money and I’ll head to Starby for a coffee!

The manager is so confrontational. I went again today hoping I can just get a coffee and leave. She is at the register and rings the order up wrong due to NOT LISTENING. As you can see she loaded the drink with ice when I asked for less ice. This lady needs extensive customer service training. The young ladies behind the counter always gets the order right but it seems as if she has taken over with her bad energy.

The manager the manager the manager she’s trying so hard to help that she’s not. I hate to see her coming. She had nerve to ask me why I didn’t order today what I had today. Communication is not just talking it’s also LISTENING and she doesn’t listen. I have such a better and more pleasant experience and accurate order when she’s not there. I guess from now on when I see her… I should leave. Lesson learned. Everyone else here are gems with much more balanced energy. She always gives low key unhinged…with me.

I used to be all about Starbucks if I wanted a quick coffee UNTIL I had the best iced coffee here…not a coffee person like that for chain places but my coffee here was so good I came daily for almost 2 weeks. Went this morning and coffee was all wrong although I ordered it here previously multiple times. I understand it depends on who’s making it but I was so confident I crunched my time and left with it although I knew it wasn’t right but I immediately called and spoke with the manager. She was willing to remake. I returned with 15 minutes to spare and again confidently that it would be made right. This time off still but I didn’t have time for a remake however the manager was insistent and even offered me a tutorial on how the drink is made . … even after I said I’d just have to leave and come back but she was determined to prove her POINT…that was way too much…coffee still not as I requested…time wasted … frustrating when two people speak English but yet different languages…she lacked patience and understanding…her assistance was more on the premise of proving she was right so she wasn’t hearing me at all. Ironically I drove past a Dunkin to go to this one. No more…unless the guys are working…never had an issue with them or the cute girl with glasses if she’s still there.

Amazing Dunkin', I've been ordering from here for two years and the service is always prompt, courteous, and the food/coffee is great. Staff is wonderful, would 110% recommend!
