Either train your employees to be time efficient or hire new ones.
I've been to place a total of three times. Each time I waited five plus minutes to get my food. This morning, I waited twenty minutes for 3 things.
Whoever was taking care of register didn't know what they were doing.
This was Outrageous, i won't be going back even if I have to drive to a further location, it'll probably still take less time.

I recently ordered 20 boxes of Joe's for a very imp event, a few days prior to pick up. I had my reservations bc of previous experience, but when I found out there was a new manager, I decided to talk over my concerns, and he reassured me I was in good hands, and he would personally see to it that everything was good to go. When time for pick up, EVERYTHING WAS HOT & ready to go! Customer service was a 10/10, assistance to my car with the load, and they were ready at the agreed pick up time!

Thank you Kyle & team for helping me look good, and getting the job done without hesitation!! You guys are amazing and I can't wait to do business with you again!!

I had the worst experience at Dunkin’ Donuts this morning. It was a black guy in there with braids in his hair. The line was almost to the door. I asked for dunkin latte they told me they didn’t have any. He was the only one in there working by himself poor thing he had an attitude he took forever in a day. It took me 25 minutes just to get a small coffee then not to mention I asked for a latte with espresso with extra caramel this is the most nastiest disgusting coffee I’ve ever had in my life, I don’t even care it was six dollars. You guys need to get some help in there and real workers.

Ugly and unpleasant, the place is dirty and the service is terrible. I ordered the iced macchiato with caramel and white cream without so much ice and they gave me without caramel and without white cream. The worst dunkin I have ever visited. I hope not to return

This is my go to for my drinks, when im heading to work, most days they are not crowded, and when they are it goes pretty quick. I usually use mobile ordering to speed up the process, and depending on the crew i most times can just pick up n go and sometimes i still have to wait to get my mobile order. Over all theres a great selection of options so I’m satisfied.

+ theres a Baskin Robins side too so major plus!!

Store hours posted open until 8:30pm. Doors locked at 8:20 pm. 4 employees were hanging out in the store and would not open the door.

I ordered 25 munchkins via the mobile app for pickup. I arrived 30 minutes later and the order was not ready. There was a line, so I waited at the mobile pickup spot for 5 minutes. After no one came over, I waited in line for another 5 minutes before an employee asked if anyone was waiting on a mobile order. I told him my name and he couldn't find my ticket. I showed him the order confirmation on my phone and he just walked away. I assumed to place 25 munchkins in a box, but instead he started working on someone else's drink order. I left and will never come back.
