The employee with the AK47 neck tattoo can’t make coffee to save his life. Also doesn’t know how to interact with customers.

I almost did not purchase anything but the guy working was really nice so I ordered a drink. Store was to dead for how it was kept. Store needs to be cleaned starting with the entrance glass doors was dirty and it was still early in the day. Trash on the floor bread crumbs on the counter tops straw papers finger prints all over the ice cream case. Since it’s so much down time this place needs to be cleaned!!!!

Staff serves walk in customers first. Not the customers that make an order through the app, over 20 minutes ago.

Nice Dunkin and near where I live. I do notice quite a few homeless people around this location as well which doesn't really bother me. What bothers me is that when placing an order though the app, they never put your items at the mobile ordering kiosk. There were a few times I had to wait 20 minutes just to get my order. They only had two people working and there were a few people in front of me.

Very tough finding a parking space as it’s in a strip mall, a busy strip mall and then once you get in there to get service to get a coffee, it’s like pulling teeth

They need to be rated higher. They work really hard! Sometimes understaffed and the wait is a little longer, but they make it happen. Always cordial - even when there’s a line, and good food!
The staff is friendly but dear God how you got so many people working three customers and it takes a half hour to get your order do not go here if you do not have time to meander and lollygag and dilly dally
To busy talking to a friend to help me with my order.
Jelly filling was starting to turn.
I asked for large, I got an extra large.

I honestly don’t know if I stepped into a coffee shop or accidentally entered a dimension where common sense is illegal. I placed an online order and ended up waiting at least 25 minutes for one drink. I walk in, and I don’t see anyone making drinks. No hustle. No urgency. Instead, the girl behind the counter decides it's the perfect time to dump her purse of coins onto the counter and start separating them by color. I’m not kidding. She sat there like she was panning for gold in 1849. Then the other employee comes over to HELP her. No, not help make drinks—help with the Great Coin Separation of 2025. While they play Coin Quest, no drinks are being made. After watching this unfold for way too long, I finally speak up. I tell the guy I’ve been waiting for a drink. He stares at me like I just invented the concept of coffee and says there's no brewed coffee left. Then, he tells me he has no idea how to make more? He said he'll just make me a latte. That's fine.
But right then, a woman walks in with a dog. My drink is forgotten all over again. He abandons the latte-in-progress and comes out from behind the counter to play with the dog like it’s his childhood pet returning from the war. At this point, I’m literally begging this man to just make my drink so I can get out of there. He finally heads back behind the counter, but it's only to pick out a donut for the dog. Apparently, he and the girl didn't know if blueberries or chocolate were toxic for dogs, so they stood there googling this. Eventually, I got my drink, and I have avoided this place like the plague ever since. All while this was going down, two separate people who walked in after me, had to walk out as well with nothing since the employees couldn't make simple drinks.
