Nice Dunkin and near where I live. I do notice quite a few homeless people around this location as well which doesn't really bother me. What bothers me is that when placing an order though the app, they never put your items at the mobile ordering kiosk. There were a few times I had to wait 20 minutes just to get my order. They only had two people working and there were a few people in front of me.

They need to be rated higher. They work really hard! Sometimes understaffed and the wait is a little longer, but they make it happen. Always cordial - even when there’s a line, and good food!

I recently ordered 20 boxes of Joe's for a very imp event, a few days prior to pick up. I had my reservations bc of previous experience, but when I found out there was a new manager, I decided to talk over my concerns, and he reassured me I was in good hands, and he would personally see to it that everything was good to go. When time for pick up, EVERYTHING WAS HOT & ready to go! Customer service was a 10/10, assistance to my car with the load, and they were ready at...
