I'm very impressed with this location. They have the cleanest store I've been too. Their shelf are organized, there's always somebody mopping the floor or cleaning, the staff is nice and they make good coffee every time. You can tell the owner and workers take pride in the appearance of their store. I love even the little attention to details like the little flower they placed by the straws. Great location!

Can owners managers at this location please pay attention to their employees customer service skills. Every single time we come in this store it’s the same employee with a terrible attitude just because. It’s basically an inconvenience for her to have customers walk in. At times we have actually preferred to drive further just to not deal with the terrible service. It’s really a shame. Hope someone realizes they are loosing business because of their employees.

Just went in today and the experience was a 180 in the positive direction. Great atmosphere, fast quick service, excellent hot and ready food and the employees seemed super on top of everything and coordinated even though it was a busy morning with a long but fast moving line.
Went in this morning, three people behind the counter all staring at their phones. Waited two minutes before anyone waited on me!!!! Two minutes!!!! Then the acting like I disturbed them. Cannot believe that a national restruant is this ignorant when it comes to customer service. I wish I had read the reviews before I went in. It is evident that the owners/managers do not care. Will never go there again -- these workers should be ashamed but I know they could not care less. Stay away from this repugnet disgrace of a coffee shop.
