This is supposed to be a cream cheese bagel they smear a whole chunk of cream cheese into a bagel. Why do you think I want to eat my bagel like this? I canāt even enjoy my food. I literally have to scrape all of it Off if youāre going to make a cream cheese bagel, please make it right this is constantly happening retrain yāall employees on how to make it.

Idk what the guys deal is at the drive through but he needs to be talked to about his customer service skills. Extremely rude and aggressive cutting me off at every word. Just nasty attitude. I think his name was Mike ā¦ whatever, called corporate on him.
Disgusting. In edible. Plus the order was messed up to begin with. Can't even drink the drink because it tastes like copper for whatever reason. š¤® It took so long and the workers clearly didn't know what they were doing. 0/10. $40 WASTED.

To whom it may concern, My name is Ariel. I would like to describe my experience after walking inside Dunkin Donuts at 9120 Harris Corners Pky Charlotte, NC 28269 at 6:27pm on 5/24/2025. Not even 2 minutes after entering the establishment an employee who later identified herself as Erin (the name that was given) rudely in front of customers said to my family that ā the inside would be closed for sitting, and that we could still order, but could not sit insideā. After ordering and observing a couple who ordered, seat themselves; I noticed they were not told they had to leave. It was very distasteful that certain parties were able to dine-in the establishment and we were told to order and leave in (laymanās terms). My Aunt who was standing along side of me is a Retired Veteran, I am a Registered Nurse and another member of my family who was present in your establishment is a Police Officer. Not one time were we at all causing disruption to said establishment. We were there to order and leave with no intentions of dining in. Itās very disheartening to be treated in a very unprofessional way. Iām writing to make awareness so that it does not happen to your next paying customers
Food was cold, or 2 sandwiches and the cheese was not melted and cold. The drink was not made right.

I stopped by Dunkinā and grabbed their coffee and breakfast combo dealādefinitely worth it! I went with a caramel iced coffee and a bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese. The combo also included hash browns, which were hot, crispy, and seasoned just right. The coffee hit the spotāsweet, smooth, and had the perfect amount of caramel. The bagel sandwich was fresh and filling, with crispy bacon and a well-cooked egg.
I usually skip the croissant option. Iāve tried it before, but Iām not a fanāsomething about Dunkinās croissants just tastes a little off to me. The bagel is definitely the better option.
I also included pictures of the menu for anyone curious about the combo choices or looking to try something new.
Overall, itās a solid, affordable breakfast that covers all the basesācoffee, sandwich, and hash browns. Great way to start the day!

Great, friendly service but the weakest coffee of any Dunkin' Donuts. I have tried the iced coffee, cold brew, and iced americano on different visits. I had to send the americano back. It was a large but looked like it had only one shot of espresso in it and I was charged for more water when getting the large. Coworkers thought I brought sweet tea in to work, the cold brew was so light. Love Dunkin' but hoping this location can be more consistent with what I experience at the other stores.

I usually donāt do this but I felt the need to make this review recently visited a Dunkin' Donuts location, and unfortunately, my experience was less than pleasant some people seem to think being rude and disrespectful is ok to others especially paying customers is ok employee named Niyah was extremely rude to me one this day 8/2/2025 I asked her simple questions and about certain items on the menu and itās was like pulling teeth to get a proper response Even during the transaction, there was little to no engagement. No friendly greeting, a flat tone, and no āthank youā after I made my purchase. It left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but it's essential for employees to maintain a level of professionalism, especially in customer service. A positive attitude can make a huge difference in the dining experience. Itās disappointing because Iāve always enjoyed this location Dunkin' donuts and the usual warm atmosphere. hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe that customer service training could really benefit some team members. I look forward to seeing an improvement in the future! š©
