To whom it may concern,
My name is Ariel. I would like to describe my experience after walking inside Dunkin Donuts at 9120 Harris Corners Pky Charlotte, NC 28269 at 6:27pm on 5/24/2025. Not even 2 minutes after entering the establishment an employee who later identified herself as Erin (the name that was given) rudely in front of customers said to my family that “ the inside would be closed for sitting, and that we could still order, but could not sit inside”. After ordering and observing a couple who ordered, seat themselves; I noticed they were not told they had to leave. It was very distasteful that certain parties were able to dine-in the establishment and we were told to order and leave in (layman’s terms). My Aunt who was standing along side of me is a Retired Veteran, I am a Registered Nurse and another member of my family who was present in your establishment is a Police Officer. Not one time were we at all causing disruption to said establishment. We were there to order and leave with no intentions of dining in. It’s very disheartening to be treated in a very unprofessional way. I’m writing to make awareness so that it does not happen to your next paying customers

Food was cold, or 2 sandwiches and the cheese was not melted and cold. The drink was not made right.

Rude staff, totally confused with order and plamed me! Oh yeah, 3 donuts in bag, no napkins!

I stopped by Dunkin’ and grabbed their coffee and breakfast combo deal—definitely worth it! I went with a caramel iced coffee and a bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese. The combo also included hash browns, which were hot, crispy, and seasoned just right. The coffee hit the spot—sweet, smooth, and had the perfect amount of caramel. The bagel sandwich was fresh and filling, with crispy bacon and a well-cooked egg.

I usually skip the croissant option. I’ve tried it before, but I’m not a fan—something about Dunkin’s croissants just tastes a little off to me. The bagel is definitely the better option.

I also included pictures of the menu for anyone curious about the combo choices or looking to try something new.

Overall, it’s a solid, affordable breakfast that covers all the bases—coffee, sandwich, and hash browns. Great way to start the day!

Great, friendly service but the weakest coffee of any Dunkin' Donuts. I have tried the iced coffee, cold brew, and iced americano on different visits. I had to send the americano back. It was a large but looked like it had only one shot of espresso in it and I was charged for more water when getting the large. Coworkers thought I brought sweet tea in to work, the cold brew was so light. Love Dunkin' but hoping this location can be more consistent with what I experience at the other stores.

Came in at 6:40pm and it was completely empty! I started ordering at the self service kiosk but it didn’t accept cash so I waited for a cashier for about 7 minutes but no one came up to me and said anything so I left :(

I order from this particular Dunkin’ weekly. For some reason whoever is making the matcha lattes is doing a terrible job. My last three have tasted like water or milk, and I’ve had to request a refund from Uber. It doesn’t even look green anymore but a pale ugly color. The good however it’s always consistent, and they are efficient. Just please take that person OFF the matcha line! I beg

I frequently visit this Dunkin (so much so the cook knows my order) I always have a pleasant experience with the staff but today was a different story because I unfortunately had to interact with the wannabe “manager” Mike/Micheal. I’ve witnessed him on numerous occasions belittling his coworkers and just overall doesn’t have a pleasant demeanor about him. I understand the hard work they do to get people ready in the mornings but you can tell this job is too stressful for him. As soon as I walked up to the register he say”go to the kiosk because we’re too busy to take orders” well hello to you to(what I was thinking) I just patiently wait till someone can take my order(I like the cream cheese on my bagel , I have a long drive a lot of the time so the convenience of the cream cheese already on the bagel helps for me. That’s not an option on the kiosk ) after a few minutes someone comes and takes my order, I get my order (smile and thank the cook) processed to walk out and noticed my cup was leaking. I come back and I try to get someone’s attention at the front( was ignored 4/5) till I raised my voice and said “Excuse me” I wasn’t sure if they could hear me cause I can talk softly and the music could be too loud for anyone hearing me. I got the guy who took my order’s attention he was nice and smiled(that’s how I know I my raised voice wasn’t offensive) gave me a new cup to put under my leaking cup. That’s when Mike/Micheal decided to yell at me saying “you don’t need to yell” I responded I wasn’t trying to yell just wanted to get someone’s attention I apologize if you took offense to it” (I use to work in customer service for many years/was raised to treat everyone with kindness) I would never talk down to someone. He just continued to yell at me telling me I didn’t need to yell. Alright now he’s being completely unprofessional so I ask him his name 3x and he wouldn’t tell me said” he doesn’t have time for me” I responded I’m a customer that’s all you have time for” the manager comes out and I explain to him what happened and even had other customers co-signing saying I had been asking for another cup for a while. As all of this is going on Mike/Micheal is in the background running his mouth still. The manager is the one who had to give me his name and as I’m leaving Mike/Micheal is still running his mouth. This was such an ugly/unprofessional encounter that I’ve never experienced before and I visit there a lot so now I’m second guessing to ever go back here again cause I wouldn’t be able to trust him with my food/beverage's. I’m just very disappointed and have reached out to corporate praying they do something about him. I didn’t force him to apply and work in a highly demanding environment, he chose that. If he can’t handle it then he should find somewhere else to go
