So I visited here at 10:02 AM I place from the kiosk a one hash brown and one stuffed bagel the mini one it takes them almost 28 minutes to just bring my two items and they were one or called the bagel at the and the second one hash brown was Mixed up with bacon now if you are vegetarian, how the hell you can eat this and not also that the employees are aggressive. One of the student were just asking nicely. The employee got aggressive to him. That is not a place I would visit. There is no kindness. The space is very tiny, but also there is no clean mess either. One of the employee straight already walk in and start working no washing hands. I have no idea if she wear gloves or not but that is ridiculous.

every single time i get a drink from this location specifically my stomach is always in shambles after, just from a drink. i haven’t had this problem at any other dunkin locations, i think maybe their machine or something isn’t clean
A taller african american gentleman made my coffee, it was unironically so good that im endangering lives on the road to write this review

CJ was awesome and so kind!! Usually I don’t get good service at Dunkin’ and it’s not expected, so it’s always a nice surprise when customer service isn’t lost!!

Bad experience here. KIOS stopped syncing and staff just told customers to wait while they handle all the drinks orders. After waiting half an hour I asked for refund. While trying to find the receipt I suggest they may use the time just to grab my ordered dozen donuts.
It really seems to be weird while waiting to see staff all serving drinks and forgot to attend donut orders. They later told me I have to tell them if order contains donut.

Walked in and ordered bagel mins , got them and they were frozen I went up and asked them if they could remake them and she said “honey that’s how they are” I’ve had them pretty often so I know that’s not how they are . I’ve worked at a Dunkin so I’ve had to make them myself . She tried belittling me about 2 bagels like you couldn’t just re make it . I didn’t argue just threw them out and walked out . It’s just annoying bc I didn’t do anything wrong just didn’t wanna eat frozen food 🙌

To start off, I’ve been a regular at this Dunkin for about three years now, so what happened honestly shocked me.
I was sitting inside, waiting before my shift at Sharetea next door. I always sit in here, so I didn’t think anything of it. Suddenly, this large man came right up to me, raising his voice and clapping in my face (I’m assuming to get my attention…still disrespectful). I took my AirPods out, and he said loudly, “You can’t just sit up in here without ordering anything.” This was the first time I had ever heard of that rule, but whatever, I got up and ordered something small at the kiosk. I got the snackin bacon.
About ten minutes passed, and I still hadn’t heard my order called. I was waiting patiently when, out of nowhere, the same man started yelling across the store, asking if I had even ordered anything. I told him yes, and he snapped back with a ton of attitude, asking what I ordered. I said “bacon.” He repeated “bagel?” and I said again, “No, bacon.” Then he shouted to his coworkers, “Did anybody see her order a bagel? I didn’t see her order a bagel.” One of the other workers, a kind Black woman, said, “I think she said bacon,” and grabbed my order off the pickup shelf to hand it to me. The man kept giving me a dirty look for the rest of my short time there, but at least he didn’t say anything else.
Honestly, I felt threatened and really uncomfortable. I’m just a teenage girl, and even though I was wearing a hoodie, I don’t think I looked intimidating enough to deserve being yelled at and singled out like that. It really said a lot to me, especially since I’ve seen homeless people cracked out sitting there for hours without being bothered. But apparently, a teenage girl quietly waiting for her shift is the problem. I won’t be coming back.

Assorted donuts were fresh and flavorful with just the right amount of sweetness. Butter Croissant was perfectly baked and flaky. Coffee was quite good.

The made my sandwich wrong, I bit into it. They took it in the back modified it and brought it back to me instead of making me another one.

The coffee orders were going out quick and the people at the front were friendly. But IMPRESSIVELY slow making the for. I waited 20 mins and left WITHOUT my food because it's dunkin donuts. It's supposed to be fast. If I wanted a sit down breakfast I would go to a diner.
