Bad attention, all the workers are slow and rude, bunch I would go back there

(1) You need to stop having new hires work during the busiest times of day. Rush hours aren't the time to train employees
(2) You employees are walking back and forth eating instead of getting orders ready
(3) Obviously they don't drink coffee! The 3rd time I have come here and received a "coffee kit"...I ask for an CL hot coffee with caramel + oat milk and sugar....you put the ingredients in the cup and hand it to me?! so you're telling the customer to stir it themselves?!...and on this occasion you hand me an XL cup of black coffee with none of what I asked.
(4) My receipt said no egg on the sandwich...guess what...there was the egg on my sandwich
I feel like you stole my money and time today...I am going to place this same review on yelp and send to your cooperate offices. This isn't the 1st time your location has operated like this. There are (2) employees there that usually are A++. But not today...as a coffee lover, you spoiled my morning today

This morning 12/11/2024 I had a very bad experience at Dunkin Donuts! The customer service was HORRIBLE! I’ve learned because the customer service is consistently so bad to use the app to avoid this type of behavior but they don’t have their bow ties on the app so I have to go inside the store to order them although I do order my coffee through the app. I tried to find a better way to patronize this company because they do have certain items that I enjoy. But after today I will no longer be supporting Dunkin Donuts via this location. I DO NOT/ DID NOT APPRECIATE BEING TRIED WITH A LACK OF RESPECT! They are ALWAYS UNPLEASANT and short staffed! But that is a company issue not a customer problem!!!! I’m not sure of the cashiers name who was rude to me today but I will make sure my voice is heard!!!! Needless to say I left without my Bow tie!!

I was the only customer in the store, both employees acknowledged that I was there, and I stood at the counter for 10 minutes without any assistance. I never got my coffee and had to leave because I had to get to work. The epitome of bad customer service!

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this Dunkin in the morning and the food taste like chemicals like you guys dint fill clean the surface or whatever oven or stove your cooking with to the point you can smell it on the food horrible i had to throw it away and you get no response when you call as if the phone is off the hook

A mobile order was supposed to be the most efficient way to get a order and recieve food. But I was proved wrong this morning. Management didn't check in on their employees who were obviously struggling (Especially the new cashier) to everyone except for her. I notified two different people about the order and management still seem uninterested to get involved.

Instead of telling you that they’re out of something when/after you order: they’ll put in some replacement they decide, wait for you to find out when you leave and drive away, then after you come back and wait 20 minutes in line THEN they’ll let let you know why they deliberately handed you the wrong food.

It must be a down south thing, the workers are slow and incompetent. They move slow and don’t follow directions. This is embarrassing and I used to work at DD 11 years ago.
