I had a great customer service experience Pumpkin needs a raise she is a hard worker and she was very kind to me ….thank you for your excellent customer service and care. Made my morning bright.

Worst Dunkin around . Horrible parking lot. T ordered a hash brown wake-up wrap. Received the wrong line. Didn’t realize I brought it back in and the cashier tried to take me from me. I know for a fact they just throw it away so I asked to just keep it cause I’ll eat it but it’s not what I ordered. She said yes. Then she came back and took it from me twice to show the back. I got my new wrap and asked where the other one was since she said I could keep it. The other girl said “oh we threw it away.” Awesome guys. Sorry but I don’t condone food waste and since the trash can eats first here, I will never come back. Abysmal service.

If I could give a zero star I would and I never leave reviews but hopefully something changes after this. This is the absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to! The people here, lack urgency everybody walks around very slowly, like nobody needs anything you could walk in and they won’t even acknowledge. They’ll keep doing what they’re doing and then they might acknowledge you very rudely. The lady who works in the morning with the braids kind of older she needs to be swapped to some sort of night shift because I don’t wanna see her first thing in the morning if all she has is a attitude every time I come in with every customer that interacts with her. But not just her all the employees, lack urgency and move slow as snails. I hope this will change.
Came in the morning to get my son a donut. We weren’t greeted, weren’t told sometime would be with us. I just watched the lady make mobile orders. She was nasty to someone who came in for a pick up. Will absolutely not be back. Use to frequent this location 7/8 years ago and loved it.

I am a regular here so it hurts to give a bad review but today I visited and the MANAGER NAMED TYE was extremely rude. My friends and I were sitting waiting for our mobile orders and then she approached us shooing us and picking up food in front of us. She tried picking up my cup thinking it was a staff members. She then picked up her left out food and looked at me with a nasty look and never said anything. I work in food and I know there shouldn’t be staff food and drinks sitting around the guest dining area. Highly unsanitary. I have also visited this location
on multiple occasions where this same manager has been sitting in guest couches hitting her vape and not appearing proactive at all. Seems to be poor management but the remaining staff is so sweet and respectful, I hate they’re being managed by such a rude, disrespectful and seemingly lazy manager.

I usually have a pleasant experience most times when I come to this location. The manager always provides great customer service. He wasn’t there yesterday. But the 2 girls who work the line were. I was trying to get 2 six dollar meals and as soon as I stated that the girl said we don’t have ANY food. I said wow. Nothing at all. She said no eggs no bacon etc. I said well do you have bagels and hash browns. Her and the other girl were joking and then playing and she had to actually ask the other girl if they had hash browns which they did. Hash browns are one of the most popular items. In my opinion this was poor service because if they were short on items they should definitely be aware of what they do have that’s available to be sold. So I asked could I substitute my sandwich for just the bagel and hash browns. She said they couldn’t do it. I felt like this was again poor customer service and poor performance because at this point you are costing the company money and losing sales while being paid hourly. I hate when people like this are the representation of the business. I almost walked out and didn’t buy anything at all but then I decided to get my coffee. I spent about 40% of what I was willing to spend all due to poor service and unmotivated employees who don’t understand that the objective is to satisfy customers and ultimately to reach sales goals for the day.

Ran in to use the restroom and a quick bite. Bathroom locked and refused to unlock till I ordered. Watched me stand there and not take my order when there was 2 other ladies there working and absolutely no queue. After I order and she unlocks the bathroom it’s not even in service.

This Dunkin is so inconsistent. One day I have a great experience and my drink is great (the guy with the gold nose piercing is the best). The next day the baristas can’t even look me in the eye, hear my order correctly after repeating it 3 times (I get a pistachio latte with oat milk, simple enough), they’re wearing plain clothes/no uniform, they’re rude, they’re smoking directly next to the front door, they’re yelling at each other, employees are out in the lobby hanging out on the sofa chairs. Absolute chaos in here sometimes. Such a waste of time and money and peace and I will no longer be visiting.
