I don't know this woman's name, but I never had such a horrible experience at a Dunkin. I came in with my family and my partner and was greeted with attitude, and one of the employees was playing on her phone. I asked for a coffee and a matcha, and she said to her coworker, "You have another nasty drink coming your way. A matcha latte". She then leaves the counter to go to her coworker leaving my brother by the register. When she finally came back to take his order, he asked for a latte, and she said, "Why didn't you order together? You should have ordered together!". I've never seen such blatent disrespect in a Dunkin or any fast food establishment. Any employee so comfortable with showing disrespect to paying customers should find a different job where they can keep their attitude to themselves and not irritate strangers.

If you told me the people here don’t drink coffee I wouldn’t be surprised. Caramel macchiato hot or cold is always a cup of sweet milk. Shaken Espresso seemed to be missing ingredients.

I placed a mobile order for pickup. Sometimes the little parking lot is super full but I lucked out and found easy parking (Sunday at noon).

My order was ready when I got there. I accidentally ordered a hot matcha latte which I meant to order iced, and the employee was nice enough to remake it for me. Thank you!

I ordered the maple bacon egg and cheese sandwich and it was pretty good. The matcha latte was a little sweet but still good.

It’s very small inside so would not a good location for working remotely.

Ordered a sausage egg and cheese multiple times from here. But it’s hit or miss on if the food is or ice cold . Also, when I get a hot chocolate 90% of time it’ll come out still with clumps of the mix.

To begin with staff downstairs laughed in my face after I explained i wanted 6 sausage egg and wake up wraps which is extremely rude to me. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. possible manager came out of room and rudely told us we couldn’t be upstairs after we were already told to leave. In his words he said “ Yo, y’all can’t be up here bruh” Horrible experience. Being with my wife and children i wouldn’t want them to experience. I would not recommend coming to this establishment.

I'm leaving one star because it's the least I can leave. I live a block away and on more than one occasion I've wanted to buy something in this store and they always have a problem, the kitchen is closed, they're short on staff, and the service is really bad. Don't even bother coming to this place.

Yesterday was the worst experience I’ve had with this place as a DoorDasher. Not only they forgot a few of my customer’s items, they also put the wrong items in my other customer’s bag as well. Then the young Hispanic guy asks you a question and then walk away while you’re talking. Get it together!

Very respectful manager terry had a drink issue he switched it out with no problem . The staff could do better with communicating. But other then that . Satisfied .

I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts, and I was shocked by the level of unprofessionalism. The staff acted like they were doing me a favor just by taking my order, barely looked up, and seemed annoyed to be there. My coffee was sloppily prepared, and when I pointed out a mistake, they were rude and dismissive instead of apologetic. The wait was long, the service was sloppy, and the attitude was the worst part—definitely not coming back! Looking forward to contacting the owner of this franchise.
