No drive thru only 2 guys working and didn’t really know how to make the signature drinks I have been to 2 different Dunkin’s close to my house and neither one knew how to make the drink correctly. I will be driving all the way to Wilkinson for all my Dunkin needs from now on they are the only ones who make the signature ice lattes right. #trainuremployees

Genuinely the worst customer service I’ve ever received, consistently. I live around the corner, and I come in frequently to get coffee and breakfast. I’m a regular you could say (or I was), and the female manager is incredibly rude, condescending and overtly unprofessional. I’ve watched her openly be rude to customers and encourage her staff to do so. I’ve also had them get my order wrong multiple times and her first response is always to argue as opposed to making it right. The climate of the store is so negative because of this behavior that we just stopped going there, which is a shame because we love Dunkin.

This place genuinely sucks. They recently changed their hours from closing at 6pm to closing at 5pm - annoying but ok. I come in at 4:45 on the way home from work, and I’m immediately given a disgusted look by the male employee. I just give a polite grin and make my way to the self service kiosk. That’s right- they don’t even have to help you or take your order, but you’re still an inconvenience. The female employee with long lash extensions then turns back and SHOUTS at me from no more than 4-5 feet away that “before I order we don’t have anything except iced coffee since we are closing so don’t bother!” I just wanted a refresher… which they have premade and I could see ingredients for, but alright. The way she shouted at me like I’m some villain for entering a Dunkin’ Donuts and taking my own order at 4:45pm really rubbed me the wrong way. I said “my bad” resisting the urge to say anything snarkier and walked out. This is not the first negative interaction I’ve had at this location. I don’t know what happened to the polite young female employee that used to be there in the afternoons until maybe the past couple weeks, but I will say I had positive interactions with her. If your store is struggling to staff past 5:00pm there’s something wrong. Even then apparently you can’t walk in past 4:30 without being chastised. I won’t be returning anytime soon after today. What a freaking joke.

Welcome to Charlotte NC all businesses are horrible , I miss NY I wish I can go back , yestarday they give me in other DD a old bagel very hard , today at this place same , and a 7 am they don’t have muffins. Unbelievable. That don’t happend in any other state . And the ppl that serve the Food always look dirty ?

Very unprofessional! It’s a guy there that steals your credit card information! I have a lawsuit against them now as we speak! For discrimination! I also have witness in the neighborhood! The worker is very very rude and disrespectful to me…. Didn’t give me my money back for my drink and I have proof! This place is SUPER GHETTO!! Please please be careful!! The customer service is terrible it’s awful!! And it’s a shame… The store manager showed out !! Like he wanted to fight me! A customer, a nice woman who just had eye surgery and couldn’t use the kiosk machine! I wanted to go through the line!

Customer service is awful. The man at the cash register was extremely rude because I wanted to pay with cash. He was helping everyone but me so I ran and got my phone to pay instead to make it easier to which this grown man says “oh so you been had yo card” like sir is doesn’t matter if I did but please go ahead and refund my money. He says I will when I’m done with all these orders. The manager stepped in after him and I had several words. Super ghetto
