Wanted to use the restroom. They would not allow me to do literally paid $2 for a donut I didn't take (because your food is disgusting Dunkin). Perhaps be of better service. Shouldn't have to PAY to use the restroom. Never will I ever give Dunkin another penny.

Stopped into Dunkin’ today to treat myself and was instantly greeted by the lovely Kat! She made sure my order was spot-on without missing a beat. The good vibes didn’t stop there—Cory and Jason brought so much energy, laughter, and positivity to the whole experience. My drink came out quickly and tasted amazing, and I’m already excited to dig into these ham sliders. Great service, great team (dream team) & a great day! Thank you!

The staff is kinda rude. They are always playing loud obvious music . I ordered a small black coffee. The lady said “ I assume that’s hot “ ok that’s fine, maybe I could have confirmed that . I scanned my rewards, but the scan didn’t take. She said “ it’s too dark, brighten it” , ok I brighten my screen. Lastly , I paid for my coffee. She asked , do you want your receipt? I said yes , she said “ take it” as she is standing there with her hands folded leaned up against a machine . It’s 8:00 in the morning, like geesh. What happened to basic customer service skills ? I’m sure nobody made her work at Dunkin. I will be happy when AI completely takes over 🤣🤣
