Ordered one drink. 45 minutes later and still not to the window. The slowest service ever! If you don’t have enough employees then just close!

Ordered in with Uber eats from here and both the coffees were just off. One was an iced latte with caramel and espresso and the other was a vanilla iced macchiato and neither tasted right. Spent $30 and I'm extremely disappointed.

worst location i’ve ever been to, took atleast 20 mins to get our food, two females laughing about how nobody was making food, drive thru customers were coming inside to complain because nobody was giving them service (they were running 700 seconds….) one male wouldn’t speak at all, kept rolling his eyes. i’ve been to bar dunkin’s but not like this ngl it was awful

no matter how many times i order from here, nothing is ever right. either they’re forgetting things on my boyfriends sandwiches or just now, they forget to add MATCHA to a iced MATCHA latte. like this is JUST milk. pmo

Three employees working, 5 people in line and none of the employees acknowledge we were there and we walked out after 5 minutes of waiting without being helped.

My wife (5 months pregnant) and I were traveling. We stopped to use the restroom as well as get coffee & breakfast. There were three ladies working who threw a temper tantrum that they had to open the lobby (mind you the store has been open for an hour already, and no where was it posted drive-thru only). Just pure laziness. Obviously we weren’t going to order food after that, and as we were walking out, they talked about how “of course these crackers aren’t going to order food”.

A few months ago, this location was great. Speedy service and kind workers. Recently it has gone severely down hill. To the point where I have been stuck waiting 15+ minutes for a wake up wrap with no one else in line or at the drive through. Which is ridiculous. Every single time in the past month that I have visited, it has been the same lady working the drive through window with the same type of service, to describe it in one word, AWFUL! Never once have I been greeted with a smile or even talked to without distain. She is very rude and rolls her eyes when I make even a simple request for some extra napkins. As someone who has worked in food service for years, I know it is NOT that hard to be nice. Seeing as this problem has been occurring a lot recently, and all of the one star reviews about the same person and reason, I hope that management takes the much needed action to hire better and kinder employees that actually deserve the money.

I went to DD to grab a Blueberry muffin. Went thru drive thru. Waited 25 mins in line. Yes, 25 minutes. And when I got to the drive thru window the girl at the window was using the wax paper they use to grab food, to hold my bag and hand it to me. At first I told myself not to read too much into it, she was probably just in the flow of things. I get home and open my bag only to see the folded part of the bag and most of the inside covered in some sticky coffee residue. Again, not trying to over react - it's Monday, it's busy, and maybe a coffee spilled a bit. Whatever. I warmed this muffin up 10 secs in the microwave, and found a weird sticky coffee residue at the bottom of the dish I used.... HMFN. At that point I had no choice but to bring it back!!! Idk the folks that work there but judging by the service they provide I doubt I could trust them with my food let alone my coffee. I wouldn't be going here anymore & plan on letting the folks I know in the area to avoid this place. Smh. Just nasty.

The worst dunkin I have ever been to by far. Have been enjoying dunkin for over 15 years and I’m incredibly saddened that the closest dunkin to my house is so awful. Terrible service, consistently gets orders wrong. Everything from coffees to even muffins and doughnuts, to sandwiches. 9 out of 10 times my order will be wrong and when you ask for them to correct it, you’re the one that ordered it wrong. There is no accountability or improvement at this location. Service is awful and workers don’t want to work at all and sit around talking. Has honestly made me consider giving up on dunkin in general. This management needs to be fired and this location needs a complete turnover from the top down.

The door and online says that they close at 9pm but I arrived at 8:30pm and the doors were locked with 2 employees just sitting inside. We were told to go through the drive thru instead. Laziness at its finest.
This location needs to be shut down immediately due to poor service and management. The drive-thru wait time is consistently 20 to 30 minutes. The employees need to be better trained, as my orders are frequently incorrect, and many workers have a negative attitude. Management does not seem to care about these issues. Dunkin', please send a District Management to this location as soon as possible.

They just took 14 minutes to make 1 drink and I asked for a cup of ice 🧊 idk what changed in 1 month but this seriously is a fast way to lose business. How do you take 14 mins to make 1 drink when no lines or people are in the store get your team together this used to be a favorite spot for me but now no I will pass on giving you my money thanks for nothing and
