This DD location is one of the worst I have been to on the East Coast. The staff is rude, you can smell weed as soon as you pull up to the drive thru area, the bathrooms are nasty, the coffee is cold . Yes, I did say this is one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I have been to on the WHOLE East Coast. Dunkin Donuts needs to step in and protect their reputation and clean up this location from the management down.

i have a good experience every time i come to this location, the workers are nice and accommodating. i rarely have issues with my mobile orders and if i do, they’re quick to fix it.

First off the inside is ALWAYS CLOSED drive through only. I ordered 4 donuts 3 of them had chocolate icing along with a cream on top. They put all 4 donuts into a bag regardless of the toppings on the donuts! I literally can walk to this location from my home and I’d rather drive miles to any locations other than this one. Such a major DISAPPOINTMENT….

As a long time customer my household orders from this location 5 or more times a week. Orders always placed thru app and in the last month my ice coffee order is not right more than 50% of the time. Ive even received sweet tea 2 times w cream and flavoring added. When questioned employees want to argue thats not possible. Until I insist on tasting the coffee base and yep both times it had been swapped. Also I have to order extra cream and caramel just in hopes of getting whats actually supposed to be in it. Seems always an attitude when you question that its not correct. You can't fake cream or the flavorings especially when its an item people order all the time. It seems simple that the order is there and printed out to just add what the customer asked for.

Visited on 9/19/25 at 2:30 the ladies are always professional, sweet, and kind. They are knowledgeable of the products offering great alternatives when needed. Whoever hired these ladies, chef's kiss to you.

Ordered in with Uber eats from here and both the coffees were just off. One was an iced latte with caramel and espresso and the other was a vanilla iced macchiato and neither tasted right. Spent $30 and I'm extremely disappointed.

worst location i’ve ever been to, took atleast 20 mins to get our food, two females laughing about how nobody was making food, drive thru customers were coming inside to complain because nobody was giving them service (they were running 700 seconds….) one male wouldn’t speak at all, kept rolling his eyes. i’ve been to bar dunkin’s but not like this ngl it was awful
