Just ridiculous. Ordered a Brown Sugar Shakin Espresso. Got to the window and waited for the girl to take four more drive thru orders before the girl even took my money. No acknowledgment, no thank you, just told me the total and handed me my drink. Not friendly. Then I get my drink and it’s basically iced milk with zero brown sugar and I don’t even know what kind of milk.

Not 1 brain cell between the entire staff. Most incompetent employees I have ever encountered in my life. Save yourself the headache and drive a few miles away to another location.

I was charged $17 this morning for a coffee that I normally pay almost $12 for. It bothers me when my drink is made and half of it is discarded because I pay for three additional shots of espresso so I always ask for the remainder in a separate cup. The woman working the register told me I would be charged for the 2nd cup is what she said. The cost of a cup is usually a dollar or less so I agree lo and behold I look at my receipt and I was charged $17.37 for my coffee this morning. This is ridiculous and had she had said I was going to be charged the whole price of a second drink. I would have never agreed to that. Ghetto ghetto ghetto!!!!You get to the counter and receive NO HELLO, HOW CAN I HELP YOU, NO SMILES.. As I'm trying to enjoy my food, employees are very loud. They rudely talk bad about other customers around others who hear them. I'm sure they must have better employees but unfortunately, the majority of the bad ones make them ALL seem Bad!! I was not surprised to see majority BAD REVIEWS on there site. A message to DD owner/ franchisee. Simply improve customer service & ratings/profits will go through the roof!!

All the ladies were very nice and sweet however I ordered a medium iced decaf coffee and they brought it to me and it was super dark brown like they forgot to mix it, but there was one associate stood out to me. Her name was Tweety. She was so sweet Knowledgeable, great personality and easy to talk to….definitely somebody you want to greet you early in the morning thanks Tweety.

Workers can't tell if your male or female apparently. And the service is the slowest I have gotten at any coffee place. I won't likely be back but at least I didn't hear the workers talking about my breast like last time.
Seems like every time I come to this particular Dunkin Donuts it's always really slow and backed up. I think honestly it's because the people inside the kitchen are just really slow and they don't care and I find it disrespectful for the people who are trying to get to work in the morning and have a job and I just don't understand why it's supposed to be fast food if it's so slow and they never cook my bacon Philly it's always raw and disgusting when I get it
