The lady at the drive through is very rude when I ask if someone that has knowledge about the app shes said their is nobody else there when I see people just standing around if you don’t like your job don’t work there then it’s that simple

I’m just a little confused at how the employee tried to charge me $1.75 for no ice. I ordered a large sweet tea with no ice, she looked at me and said there will be an extra charge for you not wanting ice. I’ve never heard this in my life, I alas get no ice and never once have been told it will be an extra charge. In order to not pay the extra charge she literally put about 5 cubes of ice in my cup. Once the difference in the 5 cubes that melted as soon as the tea hit it versus no ice at all.

I asked for a frappé and I got ice coffee and it was nasty. I let her slide because she obviously didn't know what I was talking about smh

I went to this location on 10/27/2024 at 6pm. I pulled into the parking lot and began to park when one of the employees inside the window started waving me to go away and making thumbs downs to not come inside. Which makes no sense they are open until 7pm and I was there at 6pm on the dot. I then proceeded to go to the drive thru. I hate ordered doughnuts through the drive thru because I can’t verify and choose what I want. I ask the employee what doughnuts are still available. He states “Boston crème, vanilla sprinkles, etc etc.” I decided to order 2 dozen doughnuts and asked if there was 6 Boston crème. He said yes, I asked for 6 Boston crème and make the rest a random assortment. I get to work to find not even 1 Boston crème doughnut. So unless this employee has no idea what a Boston crème doughnut is I am just rather annoyed by my experience. If the “dine-in” option is only open to a certain time it needs to be posted but there needs to be better service than literally shooing off customers.

They mess up my order every single time I have been here from giving me the wrong drink/food, forgetting items, giving me someone’s food, and miscounting the munkins so I get less than what I paid. They also charge more compared to other Dunkin’s in the area. This Dunkin has the same bad service when they are busy and when there is no one in the drive-through.

It’s Tailand

Let me first preface this by saying, the only reason I’m writing this is because I tried calling to express my feelings and no one answered the phone. Today we as a branch, placed an order through Uber Eats from this location. The order itself wasn’t that big; a turkey egg and cheese sandwich, assorted donut holes, 3 coffees and a plain bagel w/ cream cheese. Upon us opening the bagel we see at the bottom on the paper and bagel that there is avocado. At least that’s what we were assuming it was. The person that bagel was for cannot eat avocado, so the entire order at that point became in edible. It shows that at some point whoever was preparing the order cross contaminated the orders by not switching out the gloves. Had we not caught that, this could’ve ended horribly. I understand that the breakfast rush can be overwhelming but taking the time to ensuring that the quality of the food is perfect only takes a few moments.

There were plenty of workers behind the counter. I may as well not walked in. NOT one person, greeted me or ask how they could assist me....Needless 2 say, I probably want return no time. Not at any location...My $$$ is valuable 2 me and where I choose 2 patronize...This is a Buyers Market...The only fast food restaurant that I see that understands this Chick-fil-A.....

Good food. They make mistakes occasionally with the online orders, but that’s to be expected with a chain quick service restaurant like this.
The staff is generally friendly, even though they are not enthusiastic. Can’t blame them though. Working in the food service industry is tough. Especially a restaurant with a drive-thru.
