The owner or the manager, Hispanic lady with glasses very rude and unpleasant refuse to give me extra whip cream on my hot chocolate and correcting staff right at the register about a price of a mini donut…. Just rude and unpleasant

dreadful coffee. I ordered in the mobile app and was 5 minutes away. Waited in drive thru for about 10 minutes with 2 cars in front of me. Coffee was not even close to being hot. It was almost cold. Tasted burned and bitter. Dunkin's quality has really declined in the past year or so. Drive thru worker was pleasant and greeted me by name

The service was awful. The people do not acknowledge customers as they are waiting. They let them wait without saying anything, like I will be right with you. I didn't order anything after the person yelled at me through the mic I left.

These little kids have no respect at all! And im putting it out there this is on S. Kings dr.

So i had to use the rest room and wanted to place an order, the little girl was helping a gentleman, I said excuse me I need the code for the bathroom.... the attitude starts.....the neck rolling ect. I apologize to th3 man while the little girl walks away.... she comes back to the counter and with her greatest hood attitude says the code, im like the attitude is unnecessary she says well that was rude so im sorry my children are older then this little girl and I refuse to allow unnecessary attitude so I ask for the manager, the manager comes up and takes my order......the manager act like she doesn't care! Customer service is no l9nger a thing i swear!

If you know her someone please tell her, her attitude is unnecessary when dealing with customers! (And if I was wrong please tell me)

Second time trying to get a drink. The first time I had to cancel my mobile order because they were taking over 20 minutes to get orders out. This i time I walk in only to be turned around. Saying the lobby is closed! They're slow and rude!!! Dont waiste your time

I've tried to purchase donuts here two different evenings around 6 pm. Both times getting service at the counter was exhausting.
The young lady behind the counter could care less.

Hello? Why is the lobby close at 7:30 so I couldn’t even come in? Then I couldn’t order through drive thru either “becuz I’m not in a car”? This is ridiculous. After I tried to explain my car situation then the line was shut off. What? Literally so disappointing
