charlotte native here, been going to this location for years and NEVER disappoints me when it comes to my coffee but the breakfast sandwiches can be a hit or miss.. also the manager julia is the sweetest and the younger employees are always kind but 1 can be misunderstanding at times, i stay in east charlotte and travel down to kings drive just to get my iced latte every other day and they never disappoint but to each it’s own, they will get my service everytime! *another good...

Amazing staff amazing location handle non stop lines as fast as most Dunkin’s can handle 2 cars they know what they are doing and get you in and out quickly-
Only complaint- isn’t about them- it’s the cups used for the hot tea- the lids pop off way too easy and end up burning myself way too often I’ve started dumping into metal cups to avoid this
