I've visited a few times here since I officially moved to Dilworth and always have decent service but I had to post about the excellent service I had today from Makayla. She not only provided me with excellent customer service but went the extra mile by making some recommendations on tea when I do make a return visit and offered me additional items to go with the tea. These kinds of extras are the reason people keep coming back to a place of business. The tea was excellent....

This Dunkin location is one of the best in Charlotte! Staff is nice, waits are short and my drink is perfect every time. Never watery or really dark like other locations. This franchise owner needs to open a location in Uptown! I go past the one on Independence to go to this location before work, because this location never fails me!
