We came here Saturday march 15th at around 12pm this is important because we didn’t ask the girl working her name but she should definitely get fired since her phone was important than her job. This is easily the worst experience I had in my entire life. Not only we waited around 30 minutes for our food to come out although we were the only people at the restaurant but when I went to ask about my food she responded “what food?”. The other guy told me she was going to start making my food. She took around 15 more minutes just to give me my wrong order and I wasn’t going to say anything until I noticed it was frozen. I went to the register and asked the other guy tu just give me a refund but he insisted on making it again since there wasn’t a manager to be able to give me the refund. He made it again the Dunkin’ wrap that we ordered was still a little frozen but we just wanted to get out of there. The girl just continued to stand next to the register scrolling through her phone. Definitely the worst dunking experience I’ve ever had.

I had an absolutely awful experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. The service is TERRIBLE—every staff member I interacted with was rude and dismissive. The entire establishment feels trashy and poorly managed. The ordering process is a nightmare; the microphone at the drive-thru window is so staticky that it’s almost impossible to communicate. Even worse, they never get the orders right. I’ve given this place multiple chances, but it’s clear that customer service and quality are not priorities here. I wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin’ to anyone—save your time and money and go somewhere else.

“I’ve been to this Dunkin’ location several times, and unfortunately, the service has been extremely inconsistent. One day the order is correct, the next it’s completely wrong. Whether it’s the wrong coffee flavor, missing items, or improperly prepared food, there’s always something off. It seems like the employees don’t pay attention to the details or care much about getting it right. I understand mistakes happen, but this has become a pattern. Definitely frustrating when you’re trying to start your day and can’t even get a simple coffee order made correctly.

DO NOT GO.... TOO LAZY TO EVEN OPEN UP ON TIME!!! They are supposed to open at 5:00 a.m., it's 5:30 and they are still closed. And there's no holiday, I see people inside... On their phones

I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at this Dunkin’ due to one particular employee. During my most recent visit, I was in the drive-through and encountered extremely rude behavior. Her attitude was unprofessional and made the experience unpleasant. As someone who lives nearby, it’s frustrating to feel mistreated every time I come here. I now drive 10 minutes to Starbucks instead of visiting this location, simply to avoid the lack of good customer service. I hope management addresses this issue so the experience can improve for others. Looking over the reviews, it is the same girl that Ms.Warrens posted. It’s ridiculous and I’m hoping that another bad review pertaining this employee will have management take the proper steps.

I’ve been standing at the front inside for 15 minutes. No one has talked to me even thought they made eye contact. They know I want to order but still keep ignoring me and taking orders from the drive thru. The bigger girl at the front was very rude and was cussing at me because I wanted to order my hot black coffee which only took her 10 seconds to get for me! The service needs to be better or get workers that don’t hate their jobs and take it out on customers!

We’ve been here for 15 minutes, still standing here with no breakfast. My guardian has gotten her donuts and drink that’s it. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches and it has been (i’m not kidding) 15 minutes. I’ve been to other dunkins and it was much busier and my food was delivered in a more timely manner. Additionally, the lack of service-minded people in the store was another thing I noticed. Not a kind demeanor or atmosphere. A complete lack of communication and at times ignoring the people in the lobby. At least the quality of the food was good.
