The staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I felt rushed from the moment I walked in and will not be returning to this location. One employee was bouncing between scrolling on Facebook and making drinks and seemed overwhelmed, and the woman taking my order was noticeably rude. I even paid extra for cold foam, and there was barely any on my drink. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Had an amazing experience this morning at this Dunkin! Had an issue with a Dunkin closer to home when trying to purchase the new Wicked munchkin tin. The stores have signs indicating the price and stating it comes with 10 munchkins, and another store was trying to charge me extra, despite the sign literally on their counter. I immediately called this store to confirm that the price included the munchkins and the employee said yes. I was already late to work, but I was trying to purchase these for my coworkers so I wanted to get them earlier rather than later. The employee who helped me at this store was super kind and quickly helped me make my purchase. I should've just gone to this store from the get-go since they always provide great service. Thank you again for saving my Friday morning!

Truly the worst Dunkin. I go there simply because it’s right on the way to work and super convenient but I started going out of my way somewhere else because the food is awful at this location and the employees are genuinely the most miserable people I’ve seen at a drive thru place. The hash browns EVERY TIME are soggy and taste like they’ve just been sitting in grease. Honestly though, the staff is the worst part about it. Incredibly disrespectful

Good afternoon. I came through this morning at 10:45 to order a small ice coffee and a hash brown. It took 15 minutes for me to get my order placed and to receive my order. There was a line of people in the drive through while two employees were sitting outside smoking🥴. The young man at the window at great customer service, so five ⭐️for him. But the rest of it needs to be worked on. This is only my second time coming to this location and the wait time was horrible! Five start for my hash browns being fresh and my coffee being good. And five star for the service from the young man at the window.
