Had an amazing experience this morning at this Dunkin! Had an issue with a Dunkin closer to home when trying to purchase the new Wicked munchkin tin. The stores have signs indicating the price and stating it comes with 10 munchkins, and another store was trying to charge me extra, despite the sign literally on their counter. I immediately called this store to confirm that the price included the munchkins and the employee said yes. I was already late to work, but I was trying...

Good afternoon. I came through this morning at 10:45 to order a small ice coffee and a hash brown. It took 15 minutes for me to get my order placed and to receive my order. There was a line of people in the drive through while two employees were sitting outside smoking🥴. The young man at the window at great customer service, so five ⭐️for him. But the rest of it needs to be worked on. This is only my second time coming to this location and the wait time was horrible!
