Not what it used to be.. ever since they switched owners. Baskin Robbin’s is non existent. Take off the sign— it’s misleading people. The breakfast gave me diarrhea and donuts are sometimes old?? What else could possibly go wrong?

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. THIS IS ONE OF MY GO TO DUNKIN DONUTS. THE LITTLE LADY THAT WORKS THE FRONT WAS VERY RUDE ABOUT ME USING THE BATHROOM WHEN I HAVE SPENT TONS OF MONEY AT THAT LOCATION. Pretty shocked by the negative reviews. I live closer to a different Dunkin’ but choose to drive to this one. Staff is nice. Everything is pretty fresh. And idk what the drama is about the bathrooms but I just saw a woman and her child come out of the bathroom. There are MUCH worse Dunkin’s in town. The only negative is no drive thru, that’s why it’s getting 4 stars.

I really tried to give this place a chance, but honestly… no. The manager David, is just the worst. He’s super rude to both the employees and the customers, which is wild considering he’s supposed to be setting an example. What’s worse is the way he looks at the female staff like, full-on creepy. It’s uncomfortable to watch, and it’s even more disturbing knowing he has a wife. Not cool at all. Also, the hygiene here? Nonexistent. There are always mosquitoes buzzing around the donuts (yes, actual mosquitoes), the bathrooms are constantly dirty. I had coffee here about a month ago and it tasted terrible, like it had been sitting out for days. I figured maybe it was just a bad batch, so I went again this morning hoping it’d be better and nope. Still awful. Same burnt, gross taste. This place seriously needs a reset, starting with management.

Came in today while visiting CLT to order a Frozen Holiday drink and was basically called a liar by the lady behind the counter. I asked for no whip on my order 3 times and reminded her after paying that I did not want whipped cream after seeing a .25 cent charge for it on my receipt.
The lady then proceeded to explain that I should’ve asked for no whip while ordering because all frozen drinks come with whipped cream . I told her that I did three times. She then says no I didn’t and that the other DD worker wouldn’t put any on there.
I asked the lady well if I didn’t mention no whipped cream and all frozen drinks come with whipped cream why was there a .25 cent charge for it on my receipt? … crickets she turned away from me.
I asked for my .25 cents back and she starts speaking Spanish to the other worker who then proceeded to grab a quarter from the tip cup to put on the counter while my hand was out. Rude
If I wasn’t fresh off of a great vacation today this story would’ve definitely ended differently.
