Came in today while visiting CLT to order a Frozen Holiday drink and was basically called a liar by the lady behind the counter. I asked for no whip on my order 3 times and reminded her after paying that I did not want whipped cream after seeing a .25 cent charge for it on my receipt.
The lady then proceeded to explain that I should’ve asked for no whip while ordering because all frozen drinks come with whipped cream . I told her that I did three times. She then says no I didn’t and that the other DD worker wouldn’t put any on there.
I asked the lady well if I didn’t mention no whipped cream and all frozen drinks come with whipped cream why was there a .25 cent charge for it on my receipt? … crickets she turned away from me.
I asked for my .25 cents back and she starts speaking Spanish to the other worker who then proceeded to grab a quarter from the tip cup to put on the counter while my hand was out. Rude
If I wasn’t fresh off of a great vacation today this story would’ve definitely ended differently.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and has requested to use the restroom. This time you’re getting a review for always saying that it’s out of order and keeping it locked up. What’s really the issue, on Friday 11/1/2024 , I placed my order again and asked for restroom key and got the same answer out of order. What really made me upset was a pregnant lady who was also in this location requesting the code or key and you told her the same thing. How long do it take for it to get the proper repairs , this should be a sanitation issue and I should notify the Health Department.

Despite a small language barrier or just understanding of my English and a cold, instead of hot coffee being almost made for me, the ladies in here were nice, quick, and working hard. Thanks for the quick dunkin run for my movers!

Bathroom out of order. Staff is loud & openly talks on their phone while customers are there. One gets the feeling of Not Being Welcome! Never coming back!

This is a great Duncan location. Even though we were there in the late afternoon, the donuts were fresh and just as I remembered them from years gone by (a Massachusetts girl ).Seating is ample and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Folks here are nice dont get me wrong. Just... They can never get an order right. 3 different times in 1 week this place has let me down.1) they filled my tea with coffee and still put the tea bag in it.2) gave me whole milk instead of almond milk.3) gave me the wrong tea entirely.I like to sit down in my office and enjoy Dunkin so I don't look at it until I'm in my office. It's easier just to find a different coffee shop then double check someone's work every day.
Dietary restrictions: Lactose intolerant. Severely. And this location does not pay attention to what kind of milk you request.
