Usually have good service. Staff is always friendly in the morning. Went today (1/9/25) ordered 2 donuts and a bagel. Never really had any issues with my food being wrong, I did a quick glance assumed all items were there. I get to work and realize I did not receive my bagel. I attempted to call more than 5 times. No response, I couldn’t leave a voice message, or have any other means to get in contact with the store or the manager to attempt to resolve the issue. And the number on the receipt to call that states for customer complains or concerns just rings until no end until the phone hangs up on you. I know it’s just $3 but I still should have been able to get in contact with somebody.

Ordered donuts and breakfast sandwiches at 9am on a Sunday. Donuts were stale and awful, we threw them away. Breakfast sandwiches were… sad. Photo attached. Not a great Dunkin location it appears.

I have an offer for a $6 meal deal. The sandwich I normally get is almost $6. When I asked for Turkey sausage I was told they ONLY do bacon. I don't eat pork. Make a concession for your non pork eaters.

Avoid this location!!! Multiple times the food and drinks have tasted weird like metal or chemicals. Horrible customer service. The workers have attitudes every time I've visited and the management isn't any better.

Is anyone else getting a lingering metal taste in their mouth after drinking their coffee? Morning crew can be a little standoffish. Food is not the best. But seriously I have been having a metal taste in my mouth that lasts a long time and I drink their coffee daily.
