I get my coffee here almost everyday! Staff is always friendly, food and coffee always come out quickly too! I never really spend more than 10 minutes here unless it’s the morning rush !

There was pee all over the bathroom floors. It was sticky and you can still see the yellow on the floor from the pee The bathrooms were disgusting and a good way to get sick. Fingerprints all over everything and pee all over floor. T

honestly pretty hit or miss.. i guess it depends on who all is working. also very common to see granulated sugar being used in iced drinks here, when it should be the liquid sugar pumps..but i guess it doesn't matter that much, just have to mix it up well. still prefer my coffee pot at home for basic hot coffee though lol

This Dunkin Donuts was so fast and efficient when i went in the morning rush. The lady saw me trying to order an the automated kiosk and quickly offered to take my order. The food came out quickly, fresh and hot.

I love Dunkin donuts lattes weather it's hot or cold. But this morning just let me know that all locations customer service isn't the same. I came to Dunkin donuts on , South Blvd in Charlotte NC. I will never again, the lady Maria was very rude. I came through the drive thru and order a caramel signature latte on ice. When I receive my drink it only had Carmel on one side of the whip cream. So, I asked her for some more on the other side, she tells me in a rude voice that its a charge. How , when your team member didn't complete my drink. Smh! It's not about the cost if it was done right. But to look at my drink and know that it wasn't done right and go with the continued rudeness and lie is the problem. NEVER again

I came on a Saturday to order a Coolata. Only 2 employees working. One employee didn't know how to make the drink. The other employee made the drink wrong. It was bitter. They blamed it on a new blender. I asked for a refund. Because there was no manager on duty, I couldn't get a refund. So I was forced to get a replacement drink that I didn't want. Just horrible!
