One of the worst Dunkin’s branch. The barista made horrible matcha even after writing specific instructions. When I said please replace, she just poured the remaining matcha. It was honestly most terrible drink ! Won’t recommend

I ordered two egg and cheese sandwiches. One was correct the other was with a sausage patty I was disgusted because I didn't expect something I paid for to be messed up. I don't want to rant but that is the quickest way to have someone sue this place. I like this place but please look at the order that are placed. I have worked fast food so I get it and how busy it can be.

I had an amazing and professional experience at this Dunkin’ location! I came around 9:50 AM for a mobile order, and everything was ready, smooth, and handled with care. This location has truly done a complete 360—the improvement is clear! I especially want to shout out the morning shift team—they are so kind, fast, and professional. I was visiting the area for some months and this was my go to dunks. If i didn't order there in a while, the staff would still recognized me, knew my order by heart. To Whom I believe to be the manager (because she wore a blue shirt vs blk like everyone else). -Thank you for offering coolant to my daughter when she was stranded there. The young man working in the kitchen is rude and disrespectful and does not need to be in customer service. Dreads light skin there on 5/8/25. They have made improvements but he is not one of them. Combative and plain rude I will go elsewhere

Avocado toast was made wrong, then to correct it they offered to add bacon to my cold toast. I took the refund. Service is extremely slow, but friendly.

If you order the sandwiches, say around 0945, your wait may be several minutes, like 7-9 or so. If you are just getting donuts and coffee, maybe a 2-3 minute wait.
