Avocado toast was made wrong, then to correct it they offered to add bacon to my cold toast. I took the refund. Service is extremely slow, but friendly.

If you order the sandwiches, say around 0945, your wait may be several minutes, like 7-9 or so. If you are just getting donuts and coffee, maybe a 2-3 minute wait.

They are so busy serving the drive through that we had to wait a long time before anyone got our order - like, a REALLY long time. They are very good at ignoring the people inside. Coffee was good as it always is, but the service sucks.

this store is never open on time employees smoke weed on the clock and the service is far from up to par idk who the general manager is but this store needs better leadership BAD!!! and i wont be shopping with dunkin anymore

I forgot to pickup an order in the AM. Showed up 2hrs later thinking it might be waiting there. I was asked where was I and then told to park outside they’ll bring it out. The bagel and cream cheese was put on table outside and lady yelled at me your foods here to have me walk to get it. This person should not be employed here. This was yesterday. To be honest, I don’t trust the food after that. I threw it out. I usually go here weekly but I won’t be going to this hood dunks again.

For the most part it's your standard run of the male dunkin' donuts. The restaurant was kept clean though, and the staff was fantastic. This is definitely a place to become a regular if you enjoy friendly banter with employees.I'd recommend you come here and I know I'll be going back.

I’ve tried to give this place chance after chance, but the experience just keeps getting worse. My girlfriend and I have been to this location AT LEAST six times over the past month and they’ve only gotten my order right ONE TIME. You can clearly tell that some of the staff could care less about working.

I spent 15 mins in the drive thru in the morning for the lady to say she heard my order and got it wrong. I asked for iced and she provided hot. Once at the window she took an additional 5 mins to remake it. All while wearing a bonnet on her head. The remade order was still incorrect. The incompetence.

I understand that times are hard and everyone has bad days, but I had a horrible interaction here last week and customer service has yet to do anything about it so i will definitely be sharing my experience publicly. My boyfriend and I came there for a simple Caramel Iced coffee and even though they completely forgot his drink the first time, and accidentally made the second one incorrectly, those were honest mistakes and we’re only human. Completely understandable. However, the iced coffee was made with the wrong sugar, so it was crunchy and undrinkable. My boyfriend tried to drink it but ultimately we went all the way back to give them one more chance to fix it. The woman working the register was the icing on the cake for us. She had an irritated expression on her face the second she saw us walk in with the coffee, and her tone of voice was rude. We politely told her what the issue was, and she asked what he wanted. He politely told her he just wants to see if she’ll remake the caramel iced coffee. She re-made the coffee, but then told us to throw away the other coffee we didn’t want anymore. We went over to the straws/trash and my boyfriend tried the drink and immediately shook his head. I tried it myself and it was absolutely horrible. It was supposed to be a caramel iced coffee, it tasted like sweet tea. It was again, undrinkable. At that point I was frustrated but didn’t want to complain so I told him to just leave the coffees and we left without saying a word. The woman at the register started yelling at us telling us to throw away the coffees as we were walking out the door and even took the time to come to the back door of the building waving her arms and yelling. Completely inappropriate behavior. Like I said, we’re only human, but we all have to work and pay bills, and may not enjoy the job that allows us to do it, but it doesn’t mean you get to be ugly to people for no reason. I never want to see anybody lose their job but to have the time and effort to come all the way outside a building and yell should’ve been the same effort you put into making the drink right. To be so rude after getting an order wrong a third time is ridiculous and unprofessional. If I can help it I’ll never be coming to this location again.

It's the morning coffee crew for me. They are always giving 5 star service with a smile. I mainly use the drive thru for my coffee order. If I order some breakfast, it's always been hot.
