My experience was a 10/10. Me and my boyfriend came here just wanting a good breakfast meal and Early Waffle exceeded our expectations. Very quiet and chill atmosphere. Our food was fresh and very good. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a great breakfast meal.

You must try one of the aguas frescas, I ordered the cucumber lime pepino and it was a bit sweet, a bit tart, and so refreshing. And a huge serving!
The chilaquiles were almost addictive they were so well seasoned. Crispy fried tortilla topped with a bright salsa verde, crema, cilantro, onion, served with eggs, I added chorizo and I’m so glad I did. Well-cooked and added a punch of flavor. It’s a big enough dish that I would recommend splitting it with somebody so you can try something else too!
The tres leches waffle is a dessert of a breakfast, but no complaints here. You don’t need syrup at all, but it was a nice gesture to bring it to the table. Make sure to add some wings, they came out piping hot, juicy, and perfectly seasoned.
We were very satisfied getting a filling breakfast for two for just $33! I saw they have a Student discount as well. Will be back for sure.

A little hidden gem. Food is delicious. This is one of my favorite breakfast spots. HIGHLY recommend the waffle or French toast with strawberries 😋😋😋
The food was good order the western omelette with a plain waffle butter and syrup and a Diet Coke but the diet coke was a 12-oz can for $2 I thought that was ridiculous in the server she was not friendly at all dizzles at 1:30 in the afternoon. Next time I just order the food to go
