Sports bar eatery with really good salads!
Grilled chicken was just right seasoned well. Good fresh veggies.
Went in at opening for lunch and had the bar all to myself. Good service.
Don't recommend the pickle chips.

I ordered barbecue wings and they were fanomenal. They were fresh, and had lots of sauce. I also had a party here once. I highly recommend!

This was my first and last time ever going to East Coast Wings! The food & service was awful. We waited forever to be greeted then the lady lost our order and came back to retake our order after 15 minutes (& it wasn't even busy)! Then our orders came out incorrect and the food was extremely salty. Was looking forward to trying a new place but this experience was very disappointing.

Food was a good. They offer a wide variety. The waitress we had was nice and attentive. My only "meh" point was the price. My family of four ate lunch here and between three appetizers as meals and a kids burger, we spent over $70 which is pretty high for a casual lunch. The place is super convenient and didn't have a long wait though so it worked for what we needed.

Terrible service!! We ordered boneless wings and got bone in wings. But didn't realize it until we were almost on our way home. Then we call east coast wings and they say they can replace our wings. But we used up alot of gas going there, then getting almost home just to go back. So when we got there we asked the manager if we could keep the wings for the inconvenience and get our boneless wings. He said no and just gave us 2 extra wings to make up for it and mind you we had ordered 10 wings in the first place. Terrible customer Service. We will not be coming back here ever again!!

Sidney, the new bartender at Northlake, Charlotte location is a gem! Personable, efficient and thoughtful. I will be back and I recommend a visit.

The service was great, the atmosphere was good, however, I had the chicken Philly sandwich and it was pretty salty. My fiancée had the same and she said it was pretty salty too.

Although some mistakes were made, Diana and the team worked together to make sure i was taken care. Everyone makes mistakes, but ultimately it's about how we address and handle the mistakes and she made the corrections and made me feel comfortable coming back. I appreciate how it was handled. Great example of how restaurants should conduct business.
