Eddie V's Prime Seafood

I ended up dining alone because my guest couldn't make it. However, Riley adapted and made my visit a welcoming one! Riley was awesome and I hope I get her again when I revisit!!

Whenever I'm in Charlotte, Eddie V's is a must! I love this place, and they know me now, so the greeting is warm and genuine, the service is amazing, drinks are excellent and the food, dammm, say less. Even parking is tip what you want. So refreshing 🔥 💯💫 Wish we had this spot in Atlanta.

We went for a birthday dinner. The service was impeccable and the food was amazing definitely on the pricier side but so worth it! We loved it!.

We dined on a Thursday evening for the first time. We were attended to very delightfully. We have never had a bad or even mediocre meal at Eddie V's, and this Thursday was no different. Kylee was our server/delightful friend. Between Kylee, Chad, and everyone else, our dining experience was exceptional.

Excellent experience, food was great, and Ashley always goes the extra mile to ensure our dinning experience is top notch. The live music in the lounge makes for an entertaining evening. Dave and the band do a great job! We always schedule when Dave is performing.

A Perfect Celebration at Eddie V’s

My husband and I celebrated our newlywed bliss at Eddie V’s in Charlotte, and it was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, the service was truly unmatched—from the warm welcome by the hostess to our incredible server, Jackie, and not one, but two friendly managers who stopped by to congratulate us. Every interaction felt genuine and thoughtful. Did I mention they decorated our table with rose petals? Such a beautiful and personal touch!

Jackie was an absolute gem—attentive, kind, and made us feel so celebrated. If you’re visiting, definitely ask to sit in her section! She also made the perfect dessert recommendation, and we’re so glad we took it.

We kicked things off with sparkling water (of course!) and I couldn’t resist trying The Golden Hour cocktail—SelvaRey Silver & Coconut Rum blended perfectly with guava, fresh lime, and pineapple juice. It was tropical, refreshing, and beautifully balanced.

We started with warm, crusty bread and the crab cake appetizer—rich, flavorful, and packed with lump crab. For our entrées, I had the Chilean Sea Bass, which was buttery and melt-in-your-mouth good. My husband had the crab-stuffed shrimp, and we shared the crab fried rice and asparagus—both excellent additions to round out the meal.

At Jackie’s suggestion, we ended the evening with the Warm Belgian Chocolate Cake paired with vanilla bean ice cream and mixed seasonal berries—pure decadence and the perfect finale to an unforgettable night.

Eddie V’s made our celebration feel truly special. The ambiance, food, and especially the hospitality exceeded every expectation. Highly recommend for any special occasion—or just because!

I randomly decided to use my dining rewards from open table so I made a reservation for 1, I visit here 1-2times a weekly for the last yr and half simply because a few of the bartenders are amazing!! I placed my order as usual and when it came time to pay the manager said he can’t accept it because it’s not a physical card. OpenTable clearly has a disclosure on how to process the rewards he still refused

Outstanding serviceand food

The staff was beautiful, atmosphere was nice, and the food was amazing. I definitely recommend the crab fried rice and the Brussels sprouts.

Maddie at the bar is very sweet. Recommend 10/10
