Eddie V's Prime Seafood

We had a really nice dinner at Eddie V's. The staff was very warm and welcoming, which made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. The service was attentive without being over the top. The food was excellent—well-prepared, flavorful, and served at just the right pace. You can tell they care about quality. Overall, it was a solid dining experience, and I'd definitely come back.

Had a wonderful dinner-The Sea Bass and The Ahi Tuna. Great service and we were given a fabulous table! Live music in the bar area was a great start to the evening.

I booked a Saturday night dinner and was blown away. From the time I walked in I felt part of the family. I was met at the door by a manager named Drew. Drew gave me some very nice suggestions to try. I went with his suggestions and they were all spot on amazing. Very flavorful and nice portions. There was live music going with David on the piano and singing. I will most definitely be going back again.

My steak was fatty and under cooked. Silverware was dirty. Mixed drinks were very weak and small.

Had not been to EVs in a few years. Great experience. Food was awesome, drinks were great and service fantastic. Servers specifically take personal attention and they authentically engage with you. The floor manager came around at least once to check on it. We sat at the bar area because we wanted to be close to the band. The other sitting areas on the back felt a bit dark and frankly boring so we specifically asked to get closer to the bar which was a great call.

Fantastic dinner. The Salmon was exceptional. The Banana Foster with ice cream was fantastic. We will definitely return!

We celebrated my mom’s birthday at the Charlotte location and I must say the service was excellent. Our server Riley was amazing. 10/10 service. Top tier. She ensured we were comfortable. She also checked on us every few minutes and met every request. The live band was amazing. Made the dinner even better. The spinach was just right. The lamb chops were delectable, tasty. The drinks were not too much that they took away from the taste of the food. We are planning on returning.

Eddie V's is Excellent! From the moment you walk in you feel like your on vacation. The staff spoils your needs to the point you feel this is too much. Food has great flavor and cooked to perfection.

Welll, i was on a business trip, had private dining for 16 of my colleagues with a f&b min. we arrived at 6:10, didnt get salads till 7:42, thats all i will say. Now the hostess gave me an excuse, sorry Usher concert is tonight. What does that have to do with my group, I LOVE USHER but we was HUNGRY. it should have been all hands on deck, nobody calling off today, IJS. I do understand staffing is not what it use to be, well managers, GM get yall hands dirty. The live band was GREAT, but i couldnt get full off music. lol. i will give it another try, if im back in Charlotte.

The service that was offered at Eddie V's was nothing short of excellent lastnight for my son's birthday dinner. Upon entering the resturant my husband, son, daughter and I was escorted to our table.

The table was nicely decorated with a birthday card to honor my son with and rose petals assorted around the card and dimmed table lamp.

Our server was good, but I did feel a bit rushed to order. After, being escorted to our table the server attended to our table promptly, which i enjoyed. The only downfall was that while attempting to look at the menu for our food and drink options, he kinda of wanted us to place our order. But, I'll admit even though feeling rushed he offered his drink suggestion that would compliment our meals. I ordered by his suggestion to feel like I wasn't holding up the table. The rest of my party felt this way as well and just ordered based on suggestion and/or what asked if something they liked was available.

The food was absolutely amazing with every bite. I ordered the jumbo shrimp stuffed with crab, lobster mash potatoes and carrots. My husband ordered the steak accompanied by lobster. My son and his Queen ordered steak with lobster mash potatoes and asparagus. Unfortunately, the asparagus was extremely dry so he returned that back to the kitchen.
