ANTS + Horrible service!!!!! Will not be returning. Another day we got an extremely uncooked waffle and I let it slide. Today we received terrible service, only saw our server once. We were here for an hour with no drink refills. They didn’t take our menus. And for some reason my waffle had a piece of cantaloupe on it. The syrup also had ANTS on it.. I am extremely unhappy with my experience here today.

1st sign there will be issues: mostly empty prime time on a Saturday morning.2nd sign: girl who gave us our menus looked like she wanted to be anywhere but there.Our server was actually very nice. But the kitchen is so very slow.How slow - 33 minutes for eggs & homefries and the place is half empty...The food was OK, basic breakfast. Not cold but not hot either.The people next to us sent food back right after we ordered, and got the replacement when we got our check.It would be one star, but the server was very nice.

Eggs Up Grill is a cute little inexpensive breakfast/brunch restaurant. The food is simple yet tasty and comes out relatively quick. There isn't hardly any vegetarian and/or vegan options but if youve been in the game a long time you can get around the menu by customizing as needed.Prices are amazing and this location is in a great area. There is outside seats as well as inside seating. There was no issued whatsoever with parking. The staff was polite, speedy and sweet. Eggs Up Grill does offer mimosas if you would like one while here. Outside of that, it's a simple breakfast restaurant with great prices.

We’ve been thinking of giving this place a try and finally had breakfast here. Place was clean and not too busy. We were seated quickly, order taken promptly. Food came out within a reasonable time. Bacon was thick and well cooked. Everything else was average food wise. Inattentive service once food delivered. Staff was polite, but not friendly. Took awhile to pay the bill because staff didn’t come back to the table. Overall, Average experience.

Breakfast was OK, but I was a little disappointed in the corn beef hash. The texture and taste reminded me of store bought has in cans. My wife enjoyed her meal.The place was clean and had a steady stream of customers. The meals came out fast and the wait staff was attentive.

This is a close breakfast place in South Charlotte. There are not many sit down breakfast spots but glad we found this spot. Even short staffed they delivered speedy service on a Friday morning. I recommend the founders special eggs with hash. The waffles looked tasty as well. Can't wait to try more egg options as the are known to be Eggxactly what you need

Dying for that fabulous quick breakfast like it came from your own kitchen? This is the spot. Quick fast service, complimented with a smile. Food was great and portions are large!! Definitely be back.

This is one of worst places to go for brunch. Even when there are no customers at the restaurant the food service is so so so slow. My god the food is really horrendous. Do yourself a favor spend the extra two bucks for a eggs Benedict and save your self the misery. Canadian bacon was partially cooked, eggs Benedict was cold, potatoes were mushy and the waffle was soggy. But again, waste your money if you want.

Went here (Eggs Up Grill) for the first time today. I ate the BEST French Toast ever! I can still taste it. Absolutely wonderful. I only wish that the portions were larger. It was an overall wonderful experience.
The food was good but my sunny side up was winking at me but I was able to wink back and still enjoyed it again the food was good! The main reason I gave this place two stars is, as you see in the pics. Using the bathroom is part of your dining experience before you disagree with that just think if you used this bathroom before you sat down and to eat you probably would leave. If you used it like I did after your meal and saw this you might’ve regurgitated your brunch or take pics and posted it on Google reviews. Again the food was good and service was very good everything was going great until my bathroom visit!

The biscuits, bread, sausages, and mimosas were good. But that’s about it, the menu says Home Fries, and as you can see it’s more like sautéed red potatoes, and they were kinda burnt. Had to add salt and pepper to it as well as the Shrimp and Grits. It seems to be more geared towards older people as far as seasoning goes.

Hali was the best server I've had in a long time at any of the restaurants I've went to. I'm not one to really leave reviews but that's how great her service was, I enjoy when someone can give you an honest opinion on something and she did. I will be coming back for her and the food!

I was practically the only customer there and my server Ariell never really checked on me .. She topped off my coffee when she brought my food, never came back to refill.. at 2.69 for a cup of coffee I think having a hot cup of coffee is part of a good breakfast.. Also
