I've worked in this building for decades. The service is so fast, that often I get a raw bagel, just warm enough to have half melted butter, but not hot enough to let the butter soak in.
Today I had to stop them from serving me a 1 mm thick bagel top and a giant bottom half.
No hesitation on the weird cut. 6 staff watching.
My chance to request extra crispy was unable to be heard due to the speed. My request for a bagel cut in half instead of top shaved.
Staff is pleasant ,but the assignment is definitely mostly misunderstood.
Bring your own cream cheese, you can buy two packs at Whole Foods across the street.

Being open 8-1:30 Monday - Friday is terribly inconvenient for being in a city close to so many hotels where people are looking for good quick breakfast. We live near an Einstein in FL and they have hours on both weekend days and are PACKED both days.

Had to order the food by pointing at picture , poor customer service no one greeted me no one smiled it looked like they all had their period , miserable looking females food was cold. And the checkout machine has the nerve to ask for a tip ! Only good thing was the coffee, manager was there shooting the breeze with someone other bloke. And not supervising staff. Will avoid this brand while staying here in Charlotte.
Very good but did not come as the photo suggested. I had to go back and buy avocado as it is a very very slight spread. Bacon is not thick cut either.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had ordering counter service. Cashier had a very rude attitude as if I was inconveniencing her. Meanwhile she didn’t get half the order right. Bags were unlabeled, too, which just added a bit to the frustration.

2nd day here at the convention center, where the Einstein Bagels is the only close option for breakfast food, and it's only gotten worse. Ordered 1 burrito that I had to point to on the picture on the wall for the woman to even understand (same rude, disinterested, robot from the day before. 10 mins later and a folks behind me getting their food I asked another woman (standing behind the counter doing nothing but drinking her coffee) VERY politely if #192 was in progress. She said yes without even turning around. 10 mins later nothing. Had to ask for money back as my meeting was starting. Just complete incompetence and indifference to the customer at this place....I know..because I got watch them for 20 mins !! And no food

Great opportunity for breakfast in the convention center. Excellent bagels and sandwiches. Danish were great, had strawberry and an apple.
This is a kiosk, not a full location.
