The rudest old lady ever. I came in today to get a late breakfast before i went to work. I love einstein bagels, i’ve been getting them since I was in college. I proceeded to go and order and it was quite busy so I couldn’t really hear what the older lady with short low hair was saying I said i’m sorry can you say that again and she proceed to talk to me like i was slow, drawing out her words as if im a child and rolled her eyes, ma'am i simply can’t hear you with all the noise please speak up I WILL NEVER BE BACK to this establishment on south blvd

I had a fantastic experience at Einstein Bagels thanks to Linda! She was incredibly friendly and made sure my order was perfect. The bagels were fresh and delicious definitely hit the spot. I’ll be coming back for sure. Highly recommend!

The staff is quite unfriendly and unorganized. It took 20 minutes to get a bagel with cream cheese. Actually the store is unorganized as well. The bagels are horrible, why is there corn meal on the bottom of ALL the bagels? Bagels not cut in half to be eaten with ease, ridiculous! Coffee bitter, necessary items for take out coffee not accessible to anyone under 5'5" due to the unorganized state of the drink area. It'll be a miss in the future
My doctors office ordered thru door dash and they didn’t put the cream cheese in the manager SHANAY wanted to argue with us telling us we needed to leave our life saving jobs because they didn’t check the bag to make sure everything was in there she wanted to argue versus fixing the issue !!! She also said it was the dashers responsibility to check and not theirs !!! But I know that’s a lie because I door dash on the side and all orders are to be checked when we confirm the order with a staff member. We asked for her higher up and she hung up and when we called back on our work phone and cell phones he took the phone off the hook to where it’s saying the number can’t be reached

They got my order wrong twice. All I ordered was a sesame bagel toasted with butter. How do you screw that up twice? Finally got my bagel and there was about a teaspoon of butter on the whole thing. Food is absolutely disgusting, I could not even finish it. The lady behind me on line waited 25 minutes for one bagel with cream cheese. The kid with braces and neck tattoos is extremely rude, unprofessional, and ill-mannered. He has no idea how to treat customers or how to speak to them.
