LOVE THEIR BAGELS!!!

There is something about their coffee and bagels that is just WONDERFUL. It's fresh bread that is always stringing out of those ovens, all fresh for me =) 10/10, I can't stand how much this place gives me such a good feeling.

It's the bread. In conclusion, Five stars, this is easy.... =)

Was very disappointed. Did not get 1/3 of our order and even the basic bagel was DRY! Not worth the money or hassle.

My husband and I both got food poisoning from eating an egg and cheese sandwich. Stay away!!!

10/10! I’ve tried two different bagel sandwiches at this location and they were great both times! The ladies here are awesome, super friendly and fast service. The place is small and very clean. The lady who made my sandwich made my bacon crispy just like I asked, yum!

I will def make this place my to-go spot whenever I’m at the airport, it’s delicious!

Not street prices and no one is sticking around for a refill on a $4.79 drip coffee. They're good bagels but holy crap, they are expensive! Expect to walk away from here spending $14 for coffee and a bagel.

Thank you to the kind Lady taking everyone’s order! She was so friendly, welcoming and had this energy that put a smile on my face! Her kindness did not go unnoticed and honestly she made me feel better about my delayed flight.
Also my Turkey Bacon sandwich was so good!

I came in here not knowing what Einsteins was, the girl at the counter i belive her name was Aireanna, she helped me figure out what I wanted and definitely made my day. Even though it was late she had a great attitude and was very positive and helpful will definitely be coming back.

I had the Asiago Bagel, super fresh. Ariana was super respectful and kind, and answered all my questions! I would come back next trip.

Faris was amazing and super helpful. She recommended the chess jalapeño bagel and it was sooooo delicious. I will definitely return during my next trip to CLT.
