Do not go to this Einstein Bagels! We paid for four bagel sandwiches and didn’t realize until we were on our flight that they only gave us two of them. And the two we got were cold and thrown together so messily that we couldn’t really eat them. $52 for basically nothing. Go literally anywhere else in the Charlotte airport.

The Turkey sausage was so disgusting I had to spit it out. The worst bagel breakfast sandwich I have ever seen, smelled, or (unfortunately) eaten. Stay away.

Asked for a blueberry bagel toasted with plain cream cheese. Got a semi warm stale blueberry bagel with 2x too much cream cheese on it. Tried to eat a little bit and threw it away.

The Einstein bagels in Charlotte, NC airport in terminal E was awful. Poor service, messy half done sandwich with no flavor whatsoever...paid 33 dollars for two awful breakfast sandwiches. I'd give them a 0 star if I could. First and last time I'll be stopping there or at any Einstein, that's for sure. Do better people!

The food itself was fine, nothing to complain about there. I grabbed a breakfast sandwich on an Asiago bagel, and it was toasted just right with that nice cheesy crust. The egg was your standard fast-food patty, but it did the job and tasted decent.

Where this place really loses points is the service. The staff seemed overwhelmed, which I understand during a morning rush, but there’s a big difference between busy and rude. The woman handing out orders was clearly frustrated and it showed, snapping at customers and tossing out bags with a “I don’t know, here you go” when people asked simple questions about which sandwich was theirs.

When multiple people order the same sandwich on different bagels, it’s not unreasonable to expect some clarity. Instead, the experience felt chaotic and unwelcoming. The food might earn a casual breakfast stop, but the attitude behind the counter makes it hard to want to return.

I’ve had Einstein bagels at a couple of different airports. And this one left a lot to be desired. The woman at the checkout counter was miserable and looked like she’d rather be anywhere but there. The bagel was supposed to be toasted and it was cold. There was supposed to be an egg on the bagel and it was barely evident. And overall the place was pretty dirty.

There is something about their coffee and bagels that is just WONDERFUL. It's fresh bread that is always stringing out of those ovens, all fresh for me =) 10/10, I can't stand how much this place gives me such a good feeling.

Was very disappointed. Did not get 1/3 of our order and even the basic bagel was DRY! Not worth the money or hassle.

My husband and I both got food poisoning from eating an egg and cheese sandwich. Stay away!!!
