Wish there was a bit more consistency with their sandwiches! I order online for pick up frequently and the sandwich I get is always very inconsistent. I request for a thin bagel and 80% of the time it’s not but sometimes it is, sometimes it’s cut in 2 sometimes it’s the whole bagel, sometimes I get chips some times I don’t, sometimes it’s neatly made sometimes it’s thrown together, the combinations are endless. I do love how fast it is and how delicious it is however, just wish it was just right every time.

Quality and Atmosphere have both taken a hit after the Panera takeover. At least at this location, it feels that way. Has lost the small town charm.

Good fast service, friendly staff. The farmhouse breakfast bagel sandwich had great flavor.
First impression was terrible. Waited at the drive thru window for 10 minutes just to see 2 male individuals looking at me and continuing their conversation as if I wasn’t even there. I just left and trust I will not be back.

Guy in there had the worst attitude, asked for a bagel for my dogs and they were hard as a rock so he throws it on the counter and since it didn’t break he proceeded to hit with his hand to break, then he put it in a bag and handed it to me, food was awful and the people were jerks, stay away

Me and boyfriend stopped to get bagels…. We were very disappointed once we opened up our bagel to find MOLD ON the EGGs ! I went inside to show them and get a refund however the cashier was trying to gaslight us and saying it wasn’t mold MIND YOU IT WAS A GREEN AND BLACK SPOT ON BOTH OUR BAGELS.

My wife just got back from running to get bagels. There was hardly anything in the bins, she asked the man who was working if they were going to bring any out. He said no! Terrible customer service. Thankfully we found Jeff's Bagels at Blakeney, oh my goodness they are wonderful!
