First time here and I will not be back. I ordered wings and fries along with unsweetened tea. Tea never came. I think it’s due to the waitress doesn’t speak English. But anyway the wings are tiny and have no flavor except for the hot sauce I asked for on the side. I definitely am not a satisfied customer. I have not been checked upon. Still waiting for my unsweetened tea. Mind you, it’s not packed here. Waitress is nowhere to be found. Till waiting for my unsweetened tea. Fries are okay. So 12 tiny little chic wingettes are like 12 dollars. Guess what. I’m still waiting on my unsweetened tea. Still no waitress. It’s now 741pm. Very poor customer service. They don’t speak English which made it difficult to get my food how I wanted it. I wonder if they will see me leave. No unsweetened tea. It’s 745pm. Water glass is now empty. No waitress still. Okay now at this point I don’t like it here as I’m getting looked at as if I don’t belong here. Rude staff. It is not worth eating here. I recommend going elsewhere to eat. Because first of all I asked for my tea and didn’t receive it. Close this place down. Too many negative vibes here for me. I don’t feel comfortable here and I’m gone.

Terrible service, the wrong order arrived at the table, I ordered eggs with chorizo for breakfast and I received the normal egg and chorizo dish, and I had to ask for the order of plantains that came with the dish separately.

A guy came and sat at the bar and proceeded to wait at least 20min before getting up and confronting the wait staff about ignoring him but serving someone else. But that wasn’t the worst part.. Saw a roach crawl across the bar as i was waiting for my food to be prepared.. needless to say, we left.

Food is really good. I’m picky about taco asada and it is always the first thing I try on a menu as it is indicative of quality. Meat is PERFECTO!!! One thing I do not like is when taco asada is burnt or chewy! This place cooked the meat perfect. The music and atmosphere is great. The location isn’t the best but the quality is great. The waitress was good also. The prices are on point.
