Elsewhere is a fantastic spot in Charlotte! I had one of the best espresso martinis I’ve ever tasted, and they even had some of my favorite beers. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier, and the outdoor atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax. The owner has a magnetic, welcoming presence—always smiling, quick with a joke, and genuinely interested in making everyone feel at home. He moves through the space like part host, part storyteller, which made the whole visit feel extra special. Can’t wait to come back!

Great cocktail bar! Service is always top notch. Star is the man! Beautiful patio and interior space. Very chill vibe. The drinks are great and reasonably priced. Several non-alcoholic options as well. I would recommend this bar to anyone in South End.

This place is where I proposed to my wife. It has the charm of a local village in the lord of the rings. I hope when I pass away my loved ones will bring me back one last time so I can go elsewhere

New ownership recently took over and have been doing an awesome job with the place. The upgrades they are making in the outdoor/patio area have been a great addition to the atmosphere of the whole place. Great location, and I've always had great service. I look forward to going back next time I'm in town.

New management also runs the vintage, they made so many positive changes. A lot of old staff left but who stayed is definitely of quality. The place is gorgeous, with a huge nice patio, amazing cocktails, and knowledgeable bartenders and servers! Definitely worth a stop in.

New owners destroyed this place. Staff has turned over and it’s not what it used to be. Ignore the old ratings because they no longer apply to this spot.

To be honest, staff was kind of rude to us when we came in, (we are 22/23 and look young so that happens time to time) and overall was not welcoming. We went for a nightcap and got one cocktail each. The “wifi went down” when we tried to close out and we all wake up to charges of $22/$23 plus an additional $5 charge. Menu prices are $13-16! Not sure whats going on, but very very shady. If thats the price of things I get it, but seems like they tipped themselves, and we were not going to be so generous given the service.

Service at this establishment is unparalleled. Star, Brunie and Aydan exceeded guest expectations effortlessly .. the vibe is on point but to wow industry workers takes dedication. We will be back tomorrow.
