Mann when I tell you I bought cussed the woman out that was following me and my husband around .. she literally stood there and watched us after asking us 5 times how we are doing and if we needed help. To the point I just walked out because she was literally behind us every where we walked and when we would go to another part of the store she followed right behind us. I work retail and the only time we do that is if we think someone is steal and trust and believe that wasn’t the case here. It was so bad that even one of her co workers was trying to tell her that there was work she could Do but she literally just stood behind us and watched us. It was to the point to where I was about to ask my husband did he know the girl cause dam she wasn’t letting down at all. I came Monday March 18 I had on a Burgundy jacket black glitter crocs, and some blue jeans. Look back at that tape and tell me she wasn’t harassing me.

The food is really good, fresh and the flavor is great! The service is excellent.
Selection of shoes were great but customers service was not. How can you assist someone looking for shoes while on a personal FaceTime call and having to ask the customer the shoe size multiple times. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Very helpful and pleasant. As someone who lived in near New York and Boston I am no stranger to Urban fashion stores. These people are way above the standards I've seen in Charlotte. No offense just being real.
