I got the shoes in the size I wanted ! The only reason Im leaving a 2 star review is because the employees seem like they would rather die than be there. All on phones, and not very interactive.

So I came to this store on yesterday to use my points that was about to expire I got a $50 tee shirt use my points spend $32 as I was leaving I saw some peach color Jordan’s 1 so it was the sale of the week for kid and woman’s $69 for Kids and for female $99 so I ask the young lady if they had them in kids she said no she never ask me what size she straight said no so I ask her do she have them in a 6 for females she said no because I can where either kids or females she had to nerve to tell me that Jordan’s 1 for females don’t start at size 6 they start at size 7 I look at her like what that don’t make no sense because I have over 20 pairs of Jordan’s 1 that are size 6 I’m s sneaker head so was I just walk out she rather to let a paying customer walk out instead of doing her job me and my husband come there and we spend some good money there I told my husband we not shopping at this Hibbett no more i will go to another hibbett bad customer service

Wanting to get sneakers for my 7 year old and i have been to a few Hibbetts in the area but Monte gave amazing customer service! He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions especially concerning sizing . 10/10 experience I’ll be making this location my home store!
