I grew up in Michigan, and this Detroit style pizza delivers!

Unique and classic pizza option. Dough was excellent.

Experienced very rude service during our visit stay and had to wait over an hour for 1 pizza. Would not recommend. There are much better pizza spots in Charlotte that have more professional service and better pizza.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Emmy Squared tonight. As someone who has loved and raved about their other locations — the customer service, sanitation, and food were absolutely unacceptable tonight. I ordered one pizza and it took one hour rather than the 15 minute wait that we were initially told. After waiting an hour, I requested a refund and the waitstaff wanted to argue with me about that & be rude/belittling. That is just not acceptable customer service. Also, they were not busy at all (which would make a difference in the wait time). I’m not one to leave reviews or request a refund EVER but this experience was not up to the Emmy standard. I will keep my business at the Durham location only.

Pizza was amazing! The service was excellent and we had 7 plus a high chair. I will definitely go back!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!! The food is always good. The drinks hit. But the service out of this world. It make me feel like I’m in a Michelin star establishment. Will definitely be back!

We happened upon this amazing pizza when we were downtown while on a recent trip to Charlotte. Our daughter is gluten free and it was by far the best pizza we have ever had. The GF crust is made in house and was fabulous. Highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for a great GF pizza.

Pizza was decent but 10 mins after shopping here I had fraudulent charges with my card totaling in over $2,000 sending cash apps to an Emi? I think one of the staff members whoever was working the shift at the front after 430 pm stole my card information. She had purple highlights and was actually

Best pizza in america hands down

The food was decent but not worth the price & service. Place is terribly understaffed. Service was pretty bad as there was 1 server who said she had only been there for 1 week and the bartender running the whole show for Mother's Day. Pretty disappointing for a Mother's Day dinner as everything came out at pretty random & one out of five of us waited for a drink until our food came out while everybody else had finished a drink already. “Because the bartender was making everyone's drinks in the restaurant and the waitress was waiting every table.” It also states on the menu for the chicken parm sandwich that it is chicken thigh, but you can substitute it for chicken breast (white meat vs. dark meat). We tried to order the chicken breast (white meat), the server said “we don't do that”, we showed her on the menu where it says it, she said she put it in that way & then we still got dark meat which my mom will not eat and they came out and lectured us on why it's still dark meat because it's fried and so on, luckily we were sharing plates so she still ate but that was hugely disappointing because she was excited to have it & we were obviously just choosing one of the options it said they offer. The sandwich also didn't come until 10ish minutes after everything else. Not the server & bartenders fault as this place needs to help them out with more staff!

It was not a good experience because they were short staffed which added to the delay in getting service.

Great service. Waitress was new, but she was great, very professional and polite. Hostess was great as well. My friends and I enjoyed the food and ambiance.

Great pizza! Must try! We got the vodka pie and it was a fan favorite! Also the Zia Fries and Mozzarella Sticks were so good.

We booked online and was told when we arrived that there shouldn't have been online booking available ... we left
