I don’t care how many menus you put in my door.. I’ll never order from here again. this place is awful. The chicken was terrible. The portions were ridiculously small, and the fact that you’re not open on Saturday, and you close at 9:00PM on most days is a joke. I’d rather make my own Chinese food than spend money on this flavorless garbage.

Food was ready super quick and was delicious. Extremely generous portion size for what you pay for the lunch special

The food is pretty good. Also, it is cheaper to call in your order. Using one of the online services up charges roughly ~$1.50 per

Food is very good here. The Singapore rice noodles are the best around. Give this place a try if you happen to be in the area

This was the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had & I’ve had my share of bad Chinese food. I wish I would have read the reviews because the bad ones are SPOT ON! The sesame chicken was fried HARD, dry & rough, with no taste. The rice is literally white rice with soy sauce mixed in. I couldn’t finish it and had to throw majority of it away. Felt my stomach turning not even 10 minutes after I ate it. Please save your money.

We’ve been very regular take-out customers at Great Wok for 18 years. The food is almost always excellent, and we have found that they’re very open to hearing about the few issues we’ve had. We love the shrimp rolls, hot & sour soup, the house lo mein, the chicken and vegetables with curry and many other dishes we’ve tried. The combo fried rice is a great winter comfort food! The prices are very reasonable, and Great Wok is one of the best Chinese restaurants in Charlotte.

Ordered the chicken wonton noodle soup and it was probably the blandest soup I’ve ever had. Noodles and wontons were flavorless too. I should’ve learned my lesson the first time I came here…

Do not order the sichuan spicy boiled fish fillet. There was no sichuan spice / sauce , the fish was fried and then boiled . Nothing authentic about this. They should checkout the recipe on YouTube before selling them out as popular dishes . Pathetic.

Why didn’t I read the reviews? This place is terrible! The chicken was old and dry, bland cold rice. My combo lo mein had beef that smelled rotten and bland noodles. Didn’t put any soy or duck sauce in my bag. MAYBE that would have helped.

This place really isn't as awful as people say. The food is fairly tasty, and the service is fast and friendly. The portions are a little small for the price, and they close pretty early--but for a fast, somewhat inexpensive meal, it's worth it, especially if you live or work nearby.

Chicken (I think) was not good and rice had zero flavor. The clerk was nice.

The chicken was rough, the rice was bland. I asked for extra broccoli, paid for extra broccoli, no extra broccoli. Very poor, would never go back there again. Never have I felt the urge to leave a review of any restaurant. But this one ? I recommend you to save your money and your stomach!!

It's gunna be good when you smell the sesame oil when you walk in. Quick turnaround (10 minutes for order of 2) sit down. Possibly the best fried rice I've ever had. Such sweet
