Stew. Beef cubes slowly simmered in our traditional berbere sauce, onions, Ethiopian spices, and butter. Spicy.

Exploring the world one plate at a time! Today, we visited Enat Ethiopian Restaurant, which has a large menu and a helpful dictionary on the back that explains each dish (check out the menu pic if you're curious or need clarification).

I recently went to Enat Ethiopian Restaurant with my family. I was really impressed. The service was very attentive, and the portion sizes were huge! It was my first time trying Ethiopian food, and I was really impressed. It was a great experience.

Nevins brought a big group of our adults with disabilities to eat at Enat. The staff was very accommodating, welcoming, and gave us absolutely stellar service. Our participants loved experiencing different food than what they're used to. It was a fantastic experience.
