Amazing experience! I purchased a gift certificate for Father’s Day to have an in-home cooking class with Chef Ernie. My husband knows how to grill, but we purchased a Kamado Joe and it sat in our garage for a year. So Chef Ernie came to teach a class on how to use the smoker from set-up to cooking including cooking steak, salmon, Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes and even a cast iron cherry cobbler on the smoker for dessert. The food was amazing and the knowledge sharing was exactly what my husband needed. Chef Ernie was easy to work with and he put a ton of effort into the whole cooking class from advance prep to clean-up. It was a personalized experience that was worth every penny.

Everything this man makes is just delicious just a masterpiece.
I think I've tried just about everything that he has smoked, grilled, cooked, pulled. Too many things to list. And I have too many favorites. But of course his Brunswick stew is the best in the world!!!! 😋😋😋

Great food and a great Grill Master

Had a blast at a backyard BBQ class with Chef Ernie. He walked us through smoking the perfect rack of ribs and brisket. The class was informative, hands on and a great time! Would recommend him 10 out of 10 times. Looking forward to another one sometime soon!

A belated Christmas gift for my husband and dad, Ernie created a fabulous meal of white pizza, jalapeño poppers, spatchcock chicken/smoked Gouda/prosciutto, veggies and berry crumble. All on cast iron over the grill. Amazing food and wonderful company. Thank you, Ernie!

I have tried his chicken and BBQ from the farmers market. Both have outstanding flavor and it is for a great price! Highly recommend he runs a great business and makes great meat!
