Amazing experience! I purchased a gift certificate for Father’s Day to have an in-home cooking class with Chef Ernie. My husband knows how to grill, but we purchased a Kamado Joe and it sat in our garage for a year. So Chef Ernie came to teach a class on how to use the smoker from set-up to cooking including cooking steak, salmon, Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes and even a cast iron cherry cobbler on the smoker for dessert. I think I've tried just about everything that he has smoked, grilled, cooked, pulled. Too many things to list. And I have too many favorites. But of course his Brunswick stew is the best in the world!!!! 😋😋😋

Had a blast at a backyard BBQ class with Chef Ernie. He walked us through smoking the perfect rack of ribs and brisket. The class was informative, hands on and a great time! Would recommend him 10 out of 10 times. Looking forward to another one sometime soon!
