Love this spot - new favorite Indian spot

Food was ok not so great. Jaipur chicken and chicken lollipops were so good.

I ordered the lamb biryani - delicious and would have fed 3 people!

It is an upscale restaurant in Uptown.

The food is decent. Serving size is just about ok. Not too big. It has both veg and non veg food options.

We ordered kofta, paneer, daal and naan. Naan was soft. Kofta seemed burned, not cooked properly. Paneer was good.

The bombay special dosa was not special. It was ok. It had a lot of filling, but taste-wise not great.

Overall they charged a whole lot for just a plate of salad onion and 20% gratuity for a group of 6, which I didn't like.

Since our host took us with so much of recommendations, we went. I won't personally recommend it for the cost.

Also, they made us sit next to the kitchen entrance, which we didn't want to.

Good quality and taste

We ordered amritsari kulcha. It's basically nothing but aaloo paratha. It was tasteless.
Chicken biryani was sort of ok ok. I would not go there again.

Not much to review made reservations, got there & was told they tried calling 2x to tell us that our table was ready 🤷🏻‍♀️ with no missed calls. No effort to make anything right so we had to go elsewhere.

I traveled the world in the military and this is absolutely the best Indian food I have ever had. Took my wife there for her first try of Indian food and she absolutely loved it. The food was spicy but balanced the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly and the wait staff was absolutely amazing. We had a lot of questions as we do not understand or know Indian cuisine and they were happy to answer any questions we have. I highly recommend trying the Indian cottage cheese (I don't remember what it was called) with the mint sauce it's on the appetizer menu.

Wow! The best Indian I have had in a long time! I’ve been a few times now and the food is consistently phenomenal, staff always friendly and atmosphere great. Highly recommend. Sorry, no pics. We’re always to excited to eat our food and forget to take!
