Went here to celebrate a party with some friends and got a VIP table. Was told one price prior to arrival then once we got there, some short black lady with corn rows told us a completely different price (which was almost $100 more). After inquiring about where the additional charge came from she said it was including the gratuity and taxes. Gratuity is 18% and sales tax in NC is 6.5% (Yes, I am very thorough and idc how much money I have.. don’t try to get over on me because now I got to do the most). Anyway, with a $250 bottle of ciroc if you properly do the math you’ll notice that 18% gratuity of $250 is $45 and 6.5% sales tax of $250 is $16.25 which is a total of $311.25 … she asked for $400 (We were actually told $300 total prior to arrival but I wasn’t tripping on the $11.25 because that $311.25 total reflected the prices that were on the businesses website).Once I stated to the short black lady with corn rows that we ordered a $250 bottle of ciroc and even with tax and gratuity that doesn’t make the price $400, she legit told me to disregard the prices displayed on THEIR website as they were false (aka she’s adding on charges because she wants to) major red flag. So I then asked if the price of the section is the same regardless of the bottle that you get and she said yes ? I have never, ever heard of such a thing as it relates to VIP because as we know all bottles aren’t the same potency and some are much more top shelf than others… but I guess when you’re adding on charges for fun it doesn’t matter what bottle you give someone. Effectively I told her since she’s charging us more we would like to change our bottle to casamigos. She double checked to make sure they had it in stock and then said that was okay.Y’all… tell me why when it was time for our bottle to come out the bottle girl came out with the bottle of ciroc that was requested before we got robbed. I had to explain everything to the bottle girl and asked her to return it and come back with the casamigos we switched it to after the robbery at the front occurred. Additionally there was no itemized receipt or a receipt at all offered to us after we paid or before we left which is another sign that charges were added on out of random and that’s just unprofessional and trifling. There are many other clubs and lounges who run their business very fine tune, straight line, clear cut and you won’t be blind sided (Hive for example) that I would suggest you host your celebrations at. My bottle girl was pretty and nice, so was the hookah girl but aside from that I don’t appreciate fraudulence and scamming. I don’t recommend.

Went in to check the vibe and got some drinks. First the drinks we ordered were basic nothing special jack and coke $15 in a small cup filled with ice to the top. Later on noticed there was what looked to be flies in the drinks. The bartender noticed us looking in the cup and offered another drink. She explained to us that it was fruit flies. After getting the new drinks we went outside to notice there was still flakes in the drinks which makes me believe it’s not fruit flies but the ice machine is super dirty. Could be a health risk.

This place deserves less than one star! A party of 10 of us went here on a Saturday night and purchased a booth (that was overpriced) prior to going however once we got there the security and manager decided that it was a good idea to keep our group standing outside in the pouring rain for 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO SEATING US! The point of purchasing a booth is to be able to skip the line and enter right into the establishment. Once inside were then held at the door for another 10 minutes while a manager lady attempted to speak to us about their protocol (completely pointless) I would never recommend celebrating a birthday or important event here because they will definitely ruin it for you!

Security, staff, and management are all welcoming, professional, and kind. The environment was upbeat and positive, and the clientele were all so inclusive and full of joy. I enjoyed my time spent here and will definitely be returning the next time I’m in Charlotte.If you are given the opportunity to meet Ms Penny, you will be a better person for it. She and the staff spent time after closing to help me locate a lost item. The next day, when I was still unable to locate my belongings, Ms Penny sacrificed her own time and rest to make sure I was taken care of. She literally made sure my tears were dried, my phone charged, and my body hydrated and kept warm, and spent six hours with me. She wouldn’t as much as take a cent from me for gas money. A business that has such a quality human in charge of things is a business I will happily return to.To Ms Penny and the rest of the staff— from the furthest reaches of my heart and soul, thank you for everything you did for me. This place is a mess!!! We tried to visit a new place to grab a drink in Charlotte only to be seated at a table that was wobbly and resulted in our hookah being knocked over. TWICE!!!! Fire hazard. It doesn’t end there…. we arrived a little after 1030 PM and asked if we were required to buy a bottle to stay seated at that table for the duration of the night and the waitress said no! At midnight, after ordering at least $200 worth of stuff (4 top shelf drinks, a hookah and two meals) we were told we had to get up because someone else purchased a bottle. Having managed a restaurant/bar before, the proper protocol for this would be to visit the seated party and offer them the option to buy a bottle before selling the table to someone else. I asked her if we could buy a bottle at that point and she said she’d have to find somewhere else for us to sit! We were already seated!!! Not to mention, they messed up my food, took it back to the kitchen, scraped the egg from my burger, slapped some pickles on it and brought the same plate back to me. Not only is this a health hazard, it is not quality service. When questioned, the waitress stated there was a new chef back there and he made a mistake but that she couldn’t refund me. Three times a charm!! We left and will not be returning to this establishment!!! Ever.

Parked, place looked nice on the outside, wanted to check the vibe since it looked empty. Security at the door very helpful and nice said “of course to go in and check” as we walked in an older lady stopped us and said we had to pay 20 bucks. I repeated to her and said I was just checking the vibe. She said she don’t care, very rude and nasty. That it didn’t work like that. No wonder place was empty. Nasty people, imagine the treatment inside!
