Terrible service and got yelled at for charging my phone by the bartender.

I sat down at the table to wait for my friend before ordering a drink when the bartender yelled over all the guest Mam can I help you? I told him I was waiting for my friend. He proceeded to yell that they didn't serve food. There were several tables occupied by men who were not drinking or purchased anything from him but he singled the only female out to yell at. My friend walked up and once again he yelled at us, he didn't give her 10 seconds to decide what she wanted. He was the most inconsiderate man I have ever had contact with. At that point we left, I wasn't about to support a place that employed a disgruntled employee who treats people like that. This happened 5/17 at 4:00 just in case his employer wants to narrow down what employee acted this way.

So basic. Lack of attention to kind service. No food available. Started closing early. Had one drink and left. Not worth it.

If I could post a zero I would. Not bc of the place but bc of the bartender (black guy with a beard) who just berated and embarrassed me in front of other guests. He said hi when I walked in and asked what I wanted. I told him I needed to eat my food before I was ready to order as I didn’t want to drink on an empty stomach. He said ok and allowed me to sit down and take out my food, my computer and get nice and set up and right when I opened my food to eat it he asked again what I wanted. I told him I Just needed to get a few bites in before I ordered a drink and before I finished speaking he spoke over me and started yelling “mam if you want to sit here you have to order something” mind you - people were only sitting at the bar and the other tables were all open. Not like I was taking a seat from a patron. He also allowed a dog (not a service dog) in there to be freely walking around the bar. He knew bc he screamed at me in front of everyone that I couldn’t combat him with out making a scene. Then was condescending in tone and screamed “have a safe flight mam!” As I pulled together all my opened things and was forced to leave. I felt like I was being treated poorly based on biased or prejudicial reasons. The sad thing is I have a long layover and was truly planning on getting a drink and being there for a long time - and he would have made good $ off of me. I am a resort manager so I understand the industry and it was hard to watch someone just ruin the energy of place simply bc he has power issues he is taking out at his job. Should be fired bc no one needs that kind of person as an employee. I have attached a photo of who he is for reference as I’m clearly not allowed to walk anywhere near there unless I am immediately ordering a drink.
Rude bartender. Important to put me in my place when I come up to get a napkin to wipe the table. People skills. Been on the phone 20 min. I'm sure it's talking to the boss or managing inventory. Hoping her no eye contact rude behavior made her day. She us still on the phone as she wits on a new guy sat at the counter. Captive audience I guess. I decided I dont need service.

Like stated earlier about the terrible customer service and overprice drinks. I ordered one margarita and was charge $24.89 . Go somewhere else !

The kind of place where the bartender is average and sneaky. You can be guaranteed that he will pour you a cheaper product than what you ask for. Slime ball. I have no respect for that kind of place. And it stinks because its the only option on that end. So go there if you like average service and low quality liquor. gross is my vote.
Just an airport bar no reason to give it one review or another. Though the bartender did turn the TV off 15 minutes before close while a football game was on. Refused to turn it back on when asked politely. Beer was cold.
I had a wonderful experience here! I came in just before close for a couple drinks after a pretty bad flight… baby puke on purse (not my kid) and my hair pulled by a toddler behind me during a fit (totally okay, but just made it out to be a long flight), and my next flight has been delayed for 3hours. Neil was attentive and quite entertaining. As a member of the service industry myself, I can truly say I’m glad a found this place! Will be back every time I fly! Thank you so much!
Bartender needs to educate himself on what an ENHANCED ID is (FYI it's a passport card specific to a state). He refused to serve me alcohol because my ENHANCED ID is from out of state. According to NC law, you need either a driver's license, NC I.D., passport, passport card, or military I.D. My Enhanced I.D. (which requires the same documentation as applying for a passport) falls under the passport card category.
